Cute clothes! Great place to buy basic pieces that will last a while. My denim jacket from Cotton On, which I bought almost 5 years ago, still feels new.

The staff broke her word. I was trying to change the size of the dress I bought just yesterday. In the beginning, I didn't expect the staff would allow me to change it because it was on sale, about 50% off. But the staff promised me that I could change it, so I went back home to take the clothes. After 30 minutes, when I came back, she then refused to allow the change. She should have told me at first instead of wasting my time.
