The cashier and the kopi-making auntie working on March 31st at 2 PM were rude and seemed unmotivated. I ordered two portions of noodles and specifically emphasized twice that they should have no chili, as they were meant for kids. Unfortunately, one bowl was still spicy. Additionally, I ordered a Kopi C siew siew dai, but it turned out to be the same color as a regular kopi. Another customer ordered normal kopi, which looked identical to mine. When I asked the auntie to confirm if it was indeed Kopi C, she insisted that it was. To make matters worse, the cup was only two-thirds full. It appeared that she was in a hurry for her lunch break, as I noticed her arguing with another male staff member. Overall, I was very disappointed and frustrated with the service. My Kopi C 👇🏻

August 11, 2025, after 12 PM 水饺 Shrimp dumpling set meal $7.80 Hello boss, are you seeing this vs. your menu board? Is this acceptable? Adding to the misery, the kopi o was also tasteless.

I ordered laksa from EAT. at Lot One to take away. While eating at home, I discovered an insect in my dish halfway through. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I couldn’t continue eating after finding this. It’s clear that the food was not prepared with the necessary care for hygiene and safety. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their cleanliness standards to prevent this from happening again.

It’s not our first encounter, but we were always too reluctant to complain or give feedback. Not sure how their business is here at Lot 1 shopping centre. I ordered one bowl of Lor Mee and a satay mee hoon with noodles. The gravy for both was so little and became so tasteless.

Atas Fishball Noodles: The Lot 1 branch had quite a few houseflies. All outlets seemed to have incorrect timings listed on Google Maps. I checked with staff at both the Lot 1 and Hillion Bus Interchange branches, and they confirmed they start serving at 7 AM! Servings are small for large male adults and ravenous boys, but just right for women. They offer quite a variety of food. Besides the usual BCM and fishball noodles, they also have Loh Mee and Laksa. There's a selection of fried yong tau foo items and other add-ons, along with the usual coffee and tea selection. The service is quick, and seats are easy to get due to high turnover.
