Staff here are super super unfriendly. The food was also quite bland and tasteless; I didn't even finish it. The drinks here were also very bad, especially their iced coffee, which tasted like coffee-flavored water. LOL. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing. :(

Unlucky day. Served by a super unfriendly lady in a black shirt. I always ask to change fishcake to vegetables, but all the other staff can do it except her. And if she is the one making kopi c, I skip it because the kopi has little milk and tastes horrid. It used to be packed, but now there are only two customers, including me. As a loyal customer for a decade, it's sad to see its standards dropping. There are so many eateries in Lot 1 now, so good luck.

Simple place for a bowl of BCM. Tasty enough. Service annoyed me -- the cashier was super distracted and kept talking to the cook. - I needed to tell him I *wanted* to order, even though I was already standing there for about 5-10 seconds. - He continued talking to the cook even while taking my order and getting payment. - When the payment hadn't gone *through* (I heard a beep, but it didn't register), he asked me to tap again, but there was no screen. Made me feel like 他们不要做生意。

Ordered their lor beehoon. The few staff were rather grumpy when serving customers. They gave too little gravy for the beehoon, and after stirring, it was really too dry. Their ngor heong is very nice; there are chunks of water chestnut which contribute much to the texture. Oh, and I wish they would use finely chopped garlic. I got a shock when I bit into a huge piece! 😖😖😖

The staff member cooking and the old auntie were both super rude and unfriendly. Because it was raining and quite noisy today, I couldn't hear what they were saying. They would scold customers for not hearing when it was time to collect food. The laksa had so little gravy that by the time I brought it home, it was dry. I don't recommend this stall; you will lose your appetite!

The cashier and kopi-making auntie working on March 31st at 2 PM were rude and seemed unmotivated. I ordered two portions of noodles and specifically emphasized TWICE that they should have no chili, as they were meant for kids. Unfortunately, one bowl was still spicy. Additionally, I ordered a Kopi C siew siew dai, but it turned out to be the same color as a regular Kopi. Another customer ordered normal Kopi, which looked identical to mine. When I asked the auntie to confirm if it was indeed Kopi C, she insisted that it was. To make matters worse, the cup was only 2/3 full. It appeared that she was in a hurry for her lunch break, as I noticed her arguing with another male staff member. Overall, I was very disappointed and frustrated with the service. My 'kopi C👇🏻

11 August 2025, 12+ PM 水饺 Shrimp dumpling set meal $7.80 Hello boss, are you seeing this versus your menu board? Is this acceptable? Adding on to the misery, the kopi o was also tasteless.

I purchased laksa from EAT. at Lot One and took it to go. While eating at home, I discovered an insect in my dish halfway through. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I couldn’t continue eating after finding this. It’s clear that the food was not prepared with the necessary care for hygiene and safety. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their cleanliness standards to prevent this from happening again.

It's not our first encounter, but we were always too reluctant to complain or give feedback. I'm not sure how their business is here at Lot 1 shopping centre. I ordered one bowl of Lor Mee and a satay mee hoon with noodle. The gravy for both was so little and became so tasteless.

Atas Fishball Noodles. There were quite a few houseflies at the Lot 1 branch. All outlets seemed to have incorrect timings on Google Maps. I checked with staff at both the Lot 1 and Hillion Bus Interchange branches, and they confirmed they start selling at 7 AM. Servings are small for big male adults and ravenous boys, but just right for girls. They offer a wide variety of food, including Loh Mee and Laksa in addition to the usual Bak Chor Mee (BCM) and fishball noodles. There's also a selection of fried Yong Tau Foo items and other add-ons, along with the usual coffee and tea selection. Service is quick, and seats are easy to get due to high turnover.
