Serene was very attentive and knowledgeable. I was there to pick up an online purchase. When I reached the store, it was quite busy, but Serene acknowledged my presence and helped me feel welcomed. She came to assist me as soon as she finished serving the guest before me and was very meticulous when checking the details and order.

We were served and attended to by Serene. She was very patient with our requests and also provided a lot of tips for us, including how to care for the gold and choose the right fit and design. Most importantly, this outlet has many designs, and the workmanship charges are so much more competitive than that S brand (we originally visited the S brand beside Goldheart but were immediately put off by the ridiculous workmanship cost, with little to no design elements at all). Goldheart, highly recommended 👍👍👍
