I had a fantastic experience at Goldheart! Sean was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my search for the perfect gold pieces a breeze. I especially appreciated him giving me the time and space during my shopping experience and reserving pieces while I decided, taking the stress out of shopping. Went in to look at pearl earrings. Chris Ler was very helpful and attended to me quickly even though he was busy. He was attentive and shared with me his knowledge on the different tiers of gold. I had a good time shopping here. Thank you Chris!

Serene was very attentive and knowledgeable. I was there to pick up an online purchase. When I reached the store, which was quite busy, Serene acknowledged my presence and helped me feel welcomed. She came to assist me as soon as she finished serving the guest before me and was very meticulous when checking the details and order.

We were attended to by Serene. She was very patient with our requests and also provided many helpful tips, including how to care for the gold and choose the right fit and design. Most importantly, this outlet offers many designs, and their workmanship charges are far more competitive compared to the S brand. (We originally visited the S brand beside Goldheart but were immediately put off by their ridiculous workmanship cost, despite having little to no design elements.) Goldheart, highly recommended 👍👍👍
