Most importantly, this outlet has many designs and the workmanship charges are so much competitive versus that S brand (we originally visited the S brand beside Goldheart but were immediately put off by the ridiculous workmanship cost where there are little to no design element at all).

I had a great time buying in Lot 1 branch. Kelly Loh, the senior boutique manager made us feel like valued customers. She and her colleague's (sorry forgot to get her name) excellent customer service would make you go back. In this industry and place that we are all in, yes it is always the value and price of the goods/commodities that we always think of when we purchase, but the one that pushes us to do so would be the incomparable assistance of the personnel/staff behind these stores/companies. I used to always have second thoughts buying from jewelry shops but with Kelly and Goldheart, they didn't make us feel like any other random customers. Kelly even suggested and gave her personal touch and experience to pair my ring with a solitaire. She well know what we all us women wanted.
