Would like to commend on the manager of Lot One’s KFC — Katherine. The app somehow changed my location to another location and she still tried to make it work instead of having me travel all the way to another branch just to get my food. Patient and kind and knows what to do when there’s an issue. Thank you Katherine! :)

I come to KFC lot 1 the service was very good. I was enjoy the company with my friends here. Thanks for giving us very good service by manager Manmeet and Kath The environment was very lovely and very joyful. Even the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Came here for breakfast after attending cremation of my pet. Thank You so much for this lovely note! It certainly brightens my day so much! More than everything at this point. Thank You kfc!

I had a wonderful experience on saturday 6pm thanks to a young staff member who helped me. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. It’s rare to see someone that age with such maturity and dedication to great customer service. Truly a standout. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

Food is good because of the $5 real deals. They even gave me free whipped potato as a compliment!

UPDATE: I I’m going to write my review this. I order kiosk at 7:20pm after I run errands from Unity pharmacy shop. At around 8:20pm I was standing too long after 1 hour to make my payment by cash. Many customers are waited 1 or 2 HOURS to get food on time after order were mixed up not in sequence. 2 staffs are rude & bad attitude. And also NO sprite & no ICE at all. To use my Coke instead. That I order 8676 my receipt. Won’t come back again. After my food receive @ 9:42pm is 2 HOURS & 20 minutes. I give ZERO star.

Went to get the $10 IFC deal but there’s a huge queue. Queuing is fine but the order panel is not in usage and purely depends on the staff shouting out order numbers. Order numbers are called randomly leading to confusing for customers to how long to have to wait. Experience once is very poor as even during normal days, the panel is also not in use. Great chicken but poor order system leading to customer frustration.

Dropped by KFC at Lot 1 Shopper’s Mall for lunch. While there was enough seating and the place was decently managed, the food was disappointing. The chicken felt half-cooked, overly oily, and lacked the usual KFC flavor we expected. Definitely not up to the mark compared to other outlets. Hope they improve the quality soon.

The place was recently newly renovated, although I don't see the need to. There's not much changes except new kiosks, and some chairs were switched to benches.

The customer service was executed without flaw. The staff are very friendly and the food was perfectly prepared, and the chicken was not dry. Definitely would recommend.
