Friendly and helpful staff. They patiently serve one demanding and everyday complaining customer who treats staff as a maid. Mornings are not crowded. Afternoons are a bit crowded.

The assistant manager was excellent in helping me with my order, and her service attitude was great. This is the way service should be done! I visited on June 7, 2025, at 1 PM. I did not catch her name, but I would like to mention her great service.

I came to KFC, location 1, and the service was very good. I enjoyed the company with my friends here. Thanks to Manager Manmeet and Kath for the very good service. The environment was lovely and joyful. Even the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would like to commend the manager of Lot One’s KFC — Katherine. The app somehow changed my location to an incorrect one, and she still tried to make it work instead of making me travel all the way to another branch just to get my food. She is patient and kind, and knows what to do when there’s an issue.

I had a wonderful experience on Saturday at 6 PM thanks to a young staff member who helped me. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. It’s rare to see someone that age with such maturity and dedication to great customer service. Truly a standout. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

UPDATE: I'm going to write this review. I ordered at the kiosk at 7:20 PM after running errands at Unity pharmacy shop. By around 8:20 PM, I had been standing for an hour, waiting to make my cash payment. Many customers waited one or two hours to get their food, as orders were mixed up and not in sequence. Two staff members were rude and had bad attitudes.
Also, there was no Sprite and no ice at all. I had to use my Coke instead. My receipt showed order number 8676. I won't come back again. I finally received my food at 9:42 PM, a wait of 2 hours and 20 minutes.
I give zero stars.
