I came to KFC Lot 1, and the service was very good. I enjoyed the company with my friends here. Thanks to Manager Manmeet and Kath for the very good service. The environment was lovely and joyful. Even the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would like to commend the manager of Lot One’s KFC, Katherine. The app somehow changed my order to another location, but she still tried to make it work instead of having me travel all the way to another branch just to get my food. She is patient and kind, and knows what to do when there’s an issue.

I had a wonderful experience on Saturday at 6 PM thanks to a young staff member who helped me. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. It’s rare to see someone at that age with such maturity and dedication to great customer service. Truly a standout. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

UPDATE: I'm going to write my review. I ordered at the kiosk at 7:20 PM after I ran errands from Unity pharmacy. At around 8:20 PM, I had been standing for an hour, waiting to make my cash payment. Many customers were waiting 1 or 2 hours to get their food, as orders were mixed up and not in sequence. Two staff members were rude and had bad attitudes.
Also, there was no Sprite and no ice at all. I had to use my Coke instead. My receipt showed order number 8676. I won't come back again. My food was received at 9:42 PM, 2 hours and 20 minutes after ordering.
I give zero stars.

Came here for breakfast after attending cremation of my pet. Thank you so much for this lovely note! It certainly brightens my day so much! It means more than everything at this point. Thank you, KFC!

The place was newly renovated, although I don't see the need for it. There aren't many changes except new kiosks, and some chairs were switched to benches.

Food is good because of the $5 real deals. They even gave me free whipped potatoes as a bonus!

Went to get the $10 IFC deal, but there was a huge queue. Queuing is fine, but the order panel is not in use and solely depends on staff shouting out order numbers. Order numbers are called randomly, leading to confusion for customers regarding how long they have to wait. This experience was very poor, as even on normal days, the panel is not in use. Great chicken, but a poor order system, leading to customer frustration.

Dropped by KFC at Lot 1 Shopper’s Mall for lunch. While there was enough seating and the place was decently managed, the food was disappointing. The chicken felt half-cooked, overly oily, and lacked the usual KFC flavor we expected. It was definitely not up to the mark compared to other outlets. Hope they improve the quality soon.
