There are many toys to choose. Best place to pick a gift.

I always buy stuff here when I'm looking for water bottles or toys for my kids. I also come here to look for gifts for baby showers. It has all the basic toys. There's enough variety for ages from toddlers to 8-9 years old.

Here's the lightly edited review: They have a variety of toys for girls and boys. Sometimes they have seasonal offers, which is very good. Dresses are very cute, especially for girls, and are made of good quality materials that last for many years. I've bought many birthday dresses; some even look good after 5 years. Though the prices are higher (sometimes very high for a dress), the quality is really good. You can find all nursing supplies, ranging from milk bottles, sterilizers, and breastfeeding kits, from most brands.

Kiddy Palace has lots of clothes and toys. And they always have new items to buy. The only issue is that the place is small and not pram-friendly.

I visited the store earlier today, and the staff, Janet and Siew Leng in particular, demonstrated excellent customer service, exemplifying what a customer would expect from a store. Thanks to their consistent efforts, I was able to find what I needed and am very satisfied with my purchase. Kiddy Palace has put together a great team, and because of their skill set, I feel valued and respected. I even signed up for a membership due to the excellent service I received. I would visit again.

Cool Hot Wheels. The staff were horrible, however. They were gossiping about my friends in Chinese, saying "this fat one havent go yet leh" and then laughed. Whenever I come to this outlet, the staff would always give my friends and I looks as if we were going to steal things.

I bought 4 water bottles. I found that the rubber seal inside one water bottle was spoiled. The next day, I went back to ask for a replacement. One of the Chinese female staff members kept on accusing me that I had spoiled it. She claimed I had used a steamer or hot water. I told her that I had never even washed it. To make matters worse, she refused to replace the water bottle and kept on accusing me that I had spoiled it. This is so unprofessional and rude. I hope they can send their staff for basic customer service training.

Here's an edited version of the review: "My partner and I recently visited this outlet. While looking at the tutu skirts section and taking some pictures, we were approached by two staff members on two separate occasions. They made comments such as, “What are you guys doing? Don’t spoil the skirt,” and “Don’t spill your drink on it, or you’ll have to pay.” This interaction felt quite unnecessary and was disappointing, especially since we were simply browsing the items. It’s concerning to experience such comments directed at customers, and it raises questions about the level of customer service provided. Additionally, both staff members mentioned, “Because we can’t sell our stuff,” after their remarks, which only added to the discomfort of the situation. These comments were directed exclusively at us and not at other customers. I believe this may have been based on their assumption that we were students, as we were carrying backpacks, unlike the other patrons. This behavior was both uncalled for and disrespectful."

Another kids' store I couldn't pass up, and I'm glad I stopped in! Lots of colorful toys, stuffed beanie animals, little die-cast cars, games, baby and toddler items, crafts and science kits, plus clothes and accessories of all sorts. My mini-haul included a couple of neat toy cars and two bargain items: sunscreen powder for just $7.50 (which comes in a variety of shades and is safe for kids as well as old people like me!) and a nifty little powder puff for $1.90. The sunscreen powder came with a nice sponge applicator, though. I just wanted the powder puff for other makeup uses. Anyway, the point is, stores like this carry miscellaneous items, so they are definitely worth stopping in to explore. The downsides: As other shoppers have mentioned, the aisles are so narrow. I don't know how they expect parents with kids in a stroller or front-pack to maneuver. Additionally, they have a no-returns policy, according to their receipt, so make sure what you buy is exactly what you want. These two issues make it 4 stars for me, not 5. I still like the store, and I will definitely be back.

Wonderful place to buy stuff for kids, toddlers, and newborns. The place is very well organized and has multiple sections for different products, toys, dresses, bicycles, prams, and baby strollers. The selection is also diverse and huge, especially in the toys section. Often, you can find decent discounts, which makes shopping more affordable.
