Cool Hot Wheels. Staff were horrible, however. They were gossiping about my friends in Chinese, saying, "This fat one havent go yet leh," and then laughed. Whenever I come to this outlet, the staff would always give my friends and me looks, as if we might steal things.

I bought four water bottles, but found that the rubber seal inside one of them was defective. The next day, I went back to ask for a replacement. One of the Chinese female staff members kept accusing me of damaging it, claiming I had used a steamer or hot water. I told her that I had never even washed it. To make matters worse, she refused to exchange the water bottle for me and continued to accuse me of damaging it. This was so unprofessional and rude. I hope they send their staff for basic customer service training.

I recently visited this outlet with my partner, and we were browsing the tutu skirts section and taking some pictures. However, we were approached twice by two staff members who made comments such as, “What are you guys doing? Don’t spoil the skirt,” and “Don’t spill your drink on it, or you’ll have to pay.”
This interaction felt quite unnecessary and disappointing, especially since we were simply browsing the items. It’s concerning to experience such comments directed at customers, and it raises questions about the level of customer service being provided.
Additionally, both staff members mentioned, “Because we can’t sell our stuff,” after their remarks, which only added to the discomfort of the situation.
These comments were directed exclusively at us and not at the other customers. I believe this may have been based on their assumption that we were students, as we were carrying backpacks, unlike the other patrons. This behavior was both uncalled for and disrespectful.

Another kids' store I couldn't pass up, and I'm glad I stopped in! Lots of colorful toys, stuffed animals, little die-cast cars, some games, baby and toddler items, crafts and science kits, plus clothes and accessories of all sorts.
My mini-haul included a couple of neat toy cars and two bargain items: sunscreen powder for just $7.50 (comes in a variety of shades, safe for kids as well as old people like me!) and $1.90 for a nifty little powder puff. The sunscreen powder came with a nice sponge applicator, though. I just wanted the powder puff for other makeup uses. Anyway, the point is, stores like this carry miscellaneous items, so they are definitely worth stopping in.
The downsides: As other shoppers have mentioned, the aisles are so narrow. I don't know how they expect parents with kids in a stroller or a frontpack to maneuver. And they have a no-returns policy, according to their receipt, so make sure what you buy is what you want. These two issues make it 4 stars for me, not 5. I still like the store, and I will definitely be back.

Wonderful place to buy items for children, including toddlers and newborns.
The store is very well organised and features multiple sections for various items, such as toys, dresses, bicycles, prams, and baby strollers. The selection is also diverse and extensive, especially in the toys section.
You can often find decent discounts, which make shopping more affordable.
