A wide selection of apparel, toys, etc., for babies and toddlers. You can find almost everything you need for your kids. Highly recommended for parents.

Lots of kids' and toddlers' stuff can be found here. Toys, clothes, safety gates, mats, and lots of other stuff. Located in the corner unit of Level 2. Great place to visit.

Staff are rude and require better customer service training. Probably they didn’t take the chance to use their SkillFuture credit to learn the course. Thus, they are rude and judgemental.

Kiddy Palace is a magical place. I can come in empty-handed and come out with things I don't know if my daughter would really use or play with. Nearly everything one would need for their children, and then some. Not the cheapest, but it saves you the hassle of waiting for that Qoo10 delivery van. Their staff are quite pleasant and very helpful, and always seem to know where everything is. Overall, this branch at Lot One is the best I have been to.

I always buy stuff from here when I'm looking for water bottles or toys for my kids. I also come here to look for gifts when shopping for baby showers. It has all the basic toys. There's enough variety for toddlers up to 8-9 years old.

They offer a variety of toys for girls and boys. Sometimes they have seasonal offers, which are very good. Dresses are very cute, especially for girls, and are made of good quality materials that last for years. I've bought many birthday dresses, and some even look good after 5 years. Though the prices can be higher, even very high for a dress, the quality is really good. You can find all nursing supplies, ranging from milk bottles, sterilizers, and breastfeeding kits, from most brands.

Kiddy Palace has lots of clothes and toys. It always has new items to buy. The only issue is that the place is small and not pram-friendly.

I visited the store earlier, and the staff, Janet and Siew Leng in particular, demonstrated excellent customer service and the kind of service any customer would expect. Based on their consistent efforts, I was able to find what I needed and am very satisfied with my purchase. Kiddy Palace has put together a great team, and because of their skills, I feel valued and respected. I even got a membership due to the service I have received. I will definitely visit again.
