It has been established that the young(?) lady - has terrible service, with an attitude to match. The boss is no different. Will head to Fuji film for any camera or print related services.
Having visited multiple times to purchase & develop film, I understand there may be a few blank frames which is acceptable. However, my latest roll came back with only four photos—everything else was blank (36 in total). This amounts to approx $30-40 for four digital images.
They suggested that the camera might be faulty or improperly used. If so, how did some images develop fine? Rather than addressing the issue, they told me to check with other people/stores out there.
Their own words say it all: go elsewhere. Likewise, CapitaMalls can do with a better tenant.
Sure, there are no refunds. At least provide some form of resolution. After much back and forth, they gave a $2 discount but I load the film without their help. They simply don’t have the assurance of doing it right why would we risk doing it ourselves. This complete lack of accountability and dismissive attitude is appalling.

Poor customer service from this young lady. My helper went to take a picture for Malaysia Visa. The photo which the shop took and cropped was rejected by the travel agent as her ears could not be seen. Went back to the shop to ask for re-take. The lady questioned if the agent really rejected the photo and said other people also submitted similar photos which cannot see the ears. She was impatient and unfriendly. She unwillingly retook a picture and this time the ears could be seen. I suspect the first photo was cropped off too much by the lady but she wasn’t upfront to admit her mistake. Very unprofessional! Not going back there ever.

Came here to make a copy of my music score book and the lady did a BAD job. Lots of shadows and black bars on the pages! Printing quality was bad too; the black is more like dark grey! I'm so annoyed because this makes the music notes unclear! Basically, the staff got NO skills! Last time here.

I went down to the shop after the call and was told by another staff that the earliest I can receive my item is in 15 days because their outsourced printer went on vacation.
The original lady who spoke to me on the phone was very unapologetic and rude about the mistake she made about giving me false information causing me inconvenience.

KODAK EXPRESS: My experience in that shop today was terrible. I wanted to print documents from email, but the employees didn't help much. All they said was, "You can use the computer for 15 minutes, and it costs $2." I started my timer and only used it for 5 minutes because I couldn't access my email. I didn't continue browsing; I just stopped using the computer. It wasn't even 15 minutes, and I already explained this to the employees, but they ignored it and still charged me money 💰. This is absolutely disgusting behavior.
I have experienced this before, and I used to work in customer service and professional management. This is not acceptable. They don't have many customers in their shop, yet they don't bother helping.
Another thing is, when I tried to pay the $2 using my card, they knew there was a technical issue happening in their system for a short while, yet they blamed my card. I told them not to judge, because my card is used for debit, credit, Visa, and more; it's international. They were just misunderstanding and negative.
So, this is my report and feedback. I am also making an international podcast and radio live stream globally about these employees, and this will hopefully go viral. All I need is honest workers, but I got nothing from these employees. I am positive that this post will be featured globally on podcast radio in Singapore and in international live streams. Thanks 👍

Understood her intention after a second explanation. People might not understand this but you're to cut first then laminate then cut again. And not laminate then cut.
