maybe this sushi is not my taste but having to finish a whole roll was pain. It wasn't bad but I'll prefer the ol' salmon on sushi instead of this. the packaging is cute but I'm not coming back..

Ordered it from foodpanda and they got my order wrong. They added this strawberry bits which tasted sour and disgusting as if it was soak in red wine. Soon after that I had to go to the gents multiple times as I ate 2 pieces at first before realising it was spoilt.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Go Here I would highly advise against visiting this Makisan outlet. I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience that left me completely dissatisfied. After placing my order and showing a physical receipt from PayNow as proof of payment, the staff refused to proceed with my order because they couldn’t find it on their end. Even though I provided clear evidence, they made no effort to resolve the situation. When I requested to speak with a manager, they claimed nothing could be done, which only added to my frustration. Instead of working to fix the issue, the staff seemed more focused on showing their own frustration toward me. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store again, and I would strongly recommend other customers avoid it as well. If the management does not take immediate action to improve the standards of service, I will ensure that businesses like this are held accountable for their poor customer treatment. No one should have to deal with such unprofessionalism.

Quality has deteriorated after months not having it. Real stingy on its portions as well, 8 pieces of slivered crab stick, 6 pieces of 2cm cubes of tamagoyaki, a splat of avocado and the portion of peri peri chicken has shrunk to 1/8 of what I’ve gotten in the past. Will NEVER ever patronise AGAIN. Meat-free nugget was also served cold, tasted of fridge, really disgusting. Hygiene is also a cause of concern as staff do not wear their masks properly, handles food without concern for cross contamination. Really do not deserve a star.

Maki-San is at its all time low; quite literally tasting the worst it has been in a decade. Staff never follows the requests / instructions given and is really stingy on the sauce (cannot taste anything at all when in the past the maki roll is bursting with flavour). Have requested this for multiple (>10) orders in a row and yet coming back disappointed each time. Avocado is always smelly or mushy, and occasionally other ingredients such as the asparagus too, which proves they do not monitor their food quality and/or freshness. Rice can either be overcooked or undercooked. This will mark the end of my patronage permanently.

I like Makisan as a healthy food option but ai noticed that they tend to run out of protein items. For instance, I tried to order chicken strips at 1pm+ but it already ran out of stock (the order was for over a month ago). Then for these two recent days, I tried to order steamed ebi/prawns late afternoon and it also ran out of stock. I think the outlet really needs to ensure the protein items are well stocked up since customers will tend to order them.

hi makisan hr , i just want to share my experience here at makisan at the cck lot one outlet , i ordered a bowl and it was phenomenal, my experience with the customer service was top notch and they greeted me with such positive energy , everything on display seemed fresh and it tasted fresh and it had flavours with was nice and had a nice touch to everything they also recommended what to choose and im glad i listened to them as it was such a good experience. i will come here again and again , i will recommend coming here.
