Ordered it from foodpanda and they got my order wrong. They added this strawberry bits which tasted sour and disgusting as if it was soak in red wine. Soon after that I had to go to the gents multiple times as I ate 2 pieces at first before realising it was spoilt.

hi makisan hr , i just want to share my experience here at makisan at the cck lot one outlet , i ordered a bowl and it was phenomenal, my experience with the customer service was top notch and they greeted me with such positive energy , everything on display seemed fresh and it tasted fresh and it had flavours with was nice and had a nice touch to everything they also recommended what to choose and im glad i listened to them as it was such a good experience. i will come here again and again , i will recommend coming here. I ordered for chicken strips, roasted shimeiji mushroom and shredded cucumber but was given boiled egg instead. seaweed used also tasted stale.
Had similar experience at lot1 outlet hence has not been patronizing for awhile and decided to give it another try today but was once again disappointed by the food.

My go-to meal for something healthy and quick. Mega sushi for $9.90 deal was quite worth it. Service is good and fast.
Unfortunately not much salmon variety here.
Would recommend: Korean bulgogi sauce, asparagus, avocado, tempera bits, mushroom toppings

12.80 for this small portion? It’s even worst than the mega san salad and sushi. Do not recommend ordering their donburi, just go for your original mega san order

Maybe this sushi is not my taste, but having to finish a whole roll was a pain. It wasn't bad, but I prefer classic salmon sushi instead. The packaging is cute, but I'm not coming back.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Go Here
I would highly advise against visiting this Makisan outlet. I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. After placing my order and showing a physical receipt from PayNow as proof of payment, the staff refused to proceed with my order because they couldn’t find it in their system. Even though I provided clear evidence, they made no effort to resolve the situation.
When I requested to speak with a manager, they claimed nothing could be done, which only added to my frustration. Instead of working to fix the issue, the staff seemed more focused on directing their frustration at me. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable.
I will not be returning to this store, and I would strongly recommend other customers avoid it as well. If the management does not take immediate action to improve the standards of service, I will ensure that businesses like this are held accountable for their poor customer treatment. No one should have to deal with such unprofessionalism.

Quality has deteriorated after months of not having it. The portions are really stingy as well: only 8 pieces of slivered crab stick, 6 pieces of 2cm cubes of tamagoyaki, and a splat of avocado were provided. The portion of peri peri chicken has also shrunk to 1/8 of what I’ve gotten in the past. Will NEVER ever patronise AGAIN. The meat-free nugget was also served cold, tasted like a fridge, and was really disgusting. Hygiene is also a cause of concern, as staff do not wear their masks properly and handle food without concern for cross-contamination. They really do not deserve a star.
