I like Makisan as a healthy food option, but I noticed that they tend to run out of protein items. For instance, over a month ago, I tried to order chicken strips after 1 PM, but they had already run out of stock. More recently, for the past two days, I tried to order steamed ebi/prawns in the late afternoon, and they also ran out of stock. I think the outlet really needs to ensure protein items are well-stocked, as customers tend to order them.

A good experience ordering from this outlet. Staff was courteous and helpful. The food, especially the tempura enoki, was very good. The portion was just right for one person.

The food was bussin, but it wasn't as hot. I asked the aunty for no mayo, and she said "cannot," then "just kidding." I didn't think it was funny, but she was trying to joke around, which I think was ok!

Maki-San is at an all-time low, quite literally tasting worse than it has in a decade. Staff never follows requests or instructions and is really stingy with the sauce (I can't taste anything at all, whereas in the past, the maki roll was bursting with flavour). I have requested this for multiple (>10) orders in a row, yet I'm disappointed each time. Avocado is always smelly or mushy, and occasionally other ingredients, such as asparagus, are as well. This proves they do not monitor their food quality and/or freshness. Rice can either be overcooked or undercooked. This will mark the permanent end of my patronage.

Hi Makisan HR, I just want to share my experience here at Makisan at the CCK Lot One outlet. I ordered a bowl, and it was phenomenal. My experience with the customer service was top-notch, and they greeted me with such positive energy. Everything on display seemed and tasted fresh, and the flavors were nice and added a nice touch to everything. They also recommended what to choose, and I'm glad I listened to them as it was such a good experience. I will come here again and again, and I will recommend coming here. I ordered chicken strips, roasted shimeiji mushroom, and shredded cucumber, but was given boiled egg instead. The seaweed used also tasted stale. I had a similar experience at the Lot 1 outlet, hence I haven't been patronizing them for a while. I decided to give it another try today, but was once again disappointed by the food.

My go-to meal for something healthy and quick. The Mega Sushi for $9.90 deal was quite worth it. Service is good and fast.
Unfortunately, not much salmon variety here.
Would recommend: Korean bulgogi sauce, asparagus, avocado, tempura bits, mushroom toppings

12.80 for this small portion? It's even worse than the Mega San salad and sushi. Do not recommend ordering their donburi. Just go for your original Mega San order.
