Maybe this sushi is not my taste, but having to finish a whole roll was a pain. It wasn't bad, but I prefer the ol' salmon on sushi instead of this. The packaging is cute, but I'm not coming back.

Ordered it from foodpanda and they got my order wrong. They added these strawberry bits which tasted sour and disgusting, as if it was soaked in red wine. Soon after that, I had to go to the gents multiple times, as I ate two pieces at first before realizing it was spoiled.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Go Here
I would highly advise against visiting this Makisan outlet. I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. After placing my order and showing a physical receipt from PayNow as proof of payment, the staff refused to proceed with my order because they couldn't find it on their end. Even though I provided clear evidence, they made no effort to resolve the situation.
When I requested to speak with a manager, they claimed nothing could be done, which only added to my frustration. Instead of working to fix the issue, the staff seemed more focused on showing their own frustration toward me. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable.
I will not be returning to this store, and I would strongly recommend other customers avoid it as well. If the management does not take immediate action to improve the standards of service, I will ensure that businesses like this are held accountable for their poor customer treatment. No one should have to deal with such unprofessionalism.

The quality has deteriorated since I last had it months ago. It's really stingy with its portions as well: 8 pieces of slivered crab stick, 6 pieces of 2cm cubes of tamagoyaki, a splat of avocado, and the portion of peri peri chicken has shrunk to 1/8 of what I’ve gotten in the past. Will NEVER ever patronise AGAIN. The meat-free nugget was also served cold, tasted like it came from the fridge, and was really disgusting. Hygiene is also a cause for concern, as staff do not wear their masks properly and handle food without concern for cross-contamination. They really do not deserve a star.

Major hygiene issues. Saw big houseflies flying around and landing on ingredients that were not covered up. Immediately canceled my order.

I like Makisan as a healthy food option, but I noticed that they tend to run out of protein items. For instance, I tried to order chicken strips at 1 PM, but they had already run out of stock (this was over a month ago). Then, for the past two days, I tried to order steamed ebi/prawns in the late afternoon, and they had also run out of stock. I think the outlet really needs to ensure the protein items are well-stocked, as customers tend to order them.

A good experience ordering from this outlet. The staff was courteous and helpful. The food, especially the tempura enoki, is good. The portion is just right for one person.

The food was bussin, but it wasn't as hot. I asked the aunty for no mayo, and she said "cannot," then she said "just kidding." I didn't think it was funny, but she was trying to joke around, which I think was okay!

Maki-San is at its all-time low: quite literally the worst it has tasted in a decade. Staff never follows the requests/instructions given and are really stingy on the sauce. I cannot taste anything at all, unlike in the past when the maki roll was bursting with flavour. I have requested this for multiple (>10) orders in a row, and yet I am disappointed each time. Avocado is always smelly or mushy, and occasionally other ingredients such as asparagus, too, which proves they do not monitor their food quality and/or freshness. Rice can either be overcooked or undercooked. This will mark the permanent end of my patronage.
