Service is slow, and the staff member (Aunty) ALWAYS fills the cup 80% full. They fill it 80% full, but want to charge full price. Bloody ridiculous! I told her that it wasn't full and was missing a lot, but she told me it was supposed to be like that. This Aunty either needs to go or get more training, because this is just not it.

The store in Polyclinic Choa Chu Kang deducted twice from my NETS payment. I informed the staff that my bank had already deducted the amount from my account, but the staff insisted I pay again. She promised to PayNow me if their bank received a double payment, but I've been chasing them for more than 3 weeks, and they still don't want to pay me back. Why would such a big company drag this on for so long over only $14.30 and be unwilling to issue the refund?

The pancake was hard as a rock. Very disappointing! I was surprised when I gave feedback to the outlet; a shop assistant passed me a fresh one to compensate for the hard one. 👍🏻 However, I just want to provide feedback that the quality of the pancake should be more consistent; it should be soft and hot, not hard. A few days ago, I bought the truffle mushroom pancake for $3.60, but the pancake was hard again! 😞 I have to go to the outlet and provide feedback to them again. The staff here are experienced, and if you are familiar with them and address them, they are nice. I wish to recognise Siew Tin; she serves with a smile, recognises her regular customers, and knows what kind of pancake texture customers want. 👍🏻❤️ The previous Chinese supervisor was capable, fast, and knew how to win customers' hearts, but she has been transferred to the Yew Tee outlet. Yew Tee's pancake is soft and hot. Hope it continues its quality. 🙏🏼

Service is slightly slow, but this is reasonable because only one aunty was working. This branch is severely understaffed; I hope Mr. Bean can look into the matter. Food is good and very good value for money. The elderly aunty was very nice and tried her best to serve us, even though she was the only person working.
