I ordered a cold soybean drink with pearls. I asked for 100% sugar. When my kid opened it to drink at home, we discovered no sugar was added, and the soybean drink tasted weird. I wasted my money and time going there to buy it, and ended up throwing it away at home.

Worst branch ever. I've bought from them a few times just to verify that their beancurd quality is indeed that bad, and yes, it is still bad! Today, I bought their normal beancurd and tang yuan beancurd for dessert, hoping to give them one last try. The beancurd texture is still bad and hard (not smooth and soft), and the color looks weirdly a little dark (not white) compared to other branches.

Service is slow, and the staff (Aunty) ALWAYS fills the cup 80% full. They give me 80% full but charge me full price. Bloody ridiculous! I told her that it’s not full and missing a lot, but she told me it’s supposed to be like that.
This Aunty either needs to go or get more training because this is just not it.

The store in Polyclinic Choa Chu Kang deducted from my NETS payment twice. I informed the staff that my bank had already deducted from my bank account, but the staff insisted I pay again. She promised to PayNow me if their bank received a double payment, but after more than 3 weeks of chasing, they still don't want to pay me back. Why does such a big company drag on for so long over only $14.30 and remain unwilling to issue the refund?

Pancake was hard as a rock. Very disappointing! I was surprised when I gave feedback to the outlet; a shop assistant passed me a fresh one to compensate for the hard one 👍🏻
However, I just want to provide feedback that the quality of the pancake should be more consistent; it should be soft and hot, not hard. A few days ago, I bought the truffle mushroom ($3.60), but the pancake was hard again! 😞 I have to go to the outlet and give feedback to them again.
The staff here are experienced, and if you are familiar with them and address them, they are nice. I wish to recognize Siew Tin; she serves with a smile, recognizes her regular customers, and knows what kind of pancake texture customers want 👍🏻❤️
The previous Chinese supervisor is capable, fast, and knows how to win customers’ hearts, but she has been transferred to the Yew Tee outlet. Yew Tee’s pancake is soft and hot. Hope it continues its quality 🙏🏼

Service is slightly slow, but reasonable because only one aunty was working. This branch is severely understaffed. I hope Mr Bean can look into the matter. Food is good and very good value for money. The elderly aunty was very nice and tried her best to serve us, even though she was the only person working.
