This is the second time I am experiencing poor customer service from the same person, Susan Ontann. While flashing the membership on my phone, she just asked me to tab myself instead of picking up tge machine to scan from my phone. Her tone of voice is unfriendly as well. I wonder why such a person is even in the customer service line.

Used to be better. Store size has shrunk a lot, and there's very limited variety. Go to the Woodlands or Westgate locations for better variety.

Staff need training in customer service. Their customer service and product knowledge are very poor, and they often seem uninformed when approached. Cashiers are very slow, resulting in long queues. At times, cashiers can also be very rude and aggressively attempt to hard-sell cookbooks and even sauces during checkout.

Decently located with amenities nearby. Situated within a shopping mall with a neighboring MRT station and Bus Interchange, it offers ease of access. The unit is also conveniently located close to the entrances, requiring only 2-3 escalator rides. There is a wide range of selections, including, but not limited to, electronics, books, stationery, and some tidbits. Overall, it's one of the better shops if you are planning to purchase items.

It is a convenient place to get stationery and textbooks for the school year. There are many different books offered for purchase, such as story books for both children and adults. The service here is generally good. However, there are limited cashier stations, and usually during peak times, such as school holidays, it takes around 10 minutes stuck in the queue to purchase items. Overall, it is a good shopping experience, and I would definitely come back again.
