Highly recommended to buy in bundles. Some assessment books **have** 25% off when bought in 3 or more, so plan your purchase before buying. **The** POSB Everyday Card has **a voucher** for purchases over $100, so buy everything you need in one visit instead of going a few times.

The cashier didn't ask if I was a member, as they usually do. When I gave her my card right away, she said she had already made the bill, so I couldn't use my membership. This all happened in a minute because she was busy talking to her coworker while I was checking out. I was annoyed but didn't say anything and just paid anyway. Please, always ask for the membership before making the bill; I thought this was common sense.

Some popular bookstores have closed down in Singapore. Thank GOD this one at LOT 1 is still in operation. Managed to buy an organiser for 2024.

I really like coming to this store. There’s a staff member named Lim who is very helpful. Lim came to ask if we needed help and shared the assessment books they have in store. I've never received this experience from other Popular bookstores. I wanted to compliment Lim by writing to Popular, but he humbly said there’s no need to. Kudos to Lim! So, the least I could do is leave a review here.

The cashier ignored me and tended to another customer. They completely ignored me, even though I came first!

Popular bookstore at Lot One has reopened. Common stationery items, electronic items like thumb drives, hard disks, mice, etc., are available, as well as books, textbooks, and assessment books. The size of the store halved after renovation.

A trusted bookstore where I regularly shop for stationery and books — not just for myself, but for my family too. It’s our go-to place for personal growth and learning.

This is the second time I am experiencing poor customer service from the same person, Susan Ontann. While displaying my membership on my phone, she just asked me to tap my phone myself instead of picking up the scanner to scan it. Her tone of voice is unfriendly as well. I wonder why such a person is even in customer service.

Here's an edited version:
"I want to ask a question, but first, Popular Bookstore is really nice. It's just that sometimes the price tags or their discount stickers cover the details on their books. So here's my question: In Popular Bookstore Lot One CCK, I know there are envelopes, but are there stamps? I need an answer by today, so please answer."
