Dr Jeffrey Lim and his nurses really put me at ease for my two very large fillings. He told me that he had injected local anaesthetic, but I didn’t even feel anything! Coming here to Q&M is the best decision I have ever made for my dental care! LOVE YOU GUYS!!

I booked a last-minute appointment to get my wisdom tooth removed the day before. As someone who's paranoid with a low pain tolerance, I am beyond grateful to Dr Kevin Yong for being so patient and checking how I was feeling throughout the procedure. Thank you for making it so quick and painless! The staff there were very kind and understanding too :)

Dr. Jeffrey performed my wisdom tooth surgery meticulously and quickly. One thing that stood out to me was his gentle and kind communication style. He is also very patient, and overall, his professionalism impressed me, as empathetic healthcare professionals are few and far between in Singapore (unless you pay a premium for very expensive clinics). I shared with him that I had a low pain tolerance, and he listened to my concerns and came ready with solutions for pain management. Both he and the nurse made sure I was comfortable during the surgery, as best they could. He also suggested that I listen to my own music during the surgery, which distracted me from the pain and was a nice touch to the experience. I didn't suffer any complications from the surgery. I was also prescribed medication that allowed for fuss-free healing. The administrative staff here was also professional and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic, and my experience exceeded all of my expectations.

Dr. Emma is really good! I was honestly shocked by how she cared for my father. She informed us about the increased CHAS claim for October 2025, and that we could wait until then to do the root canal, which was very thoughtful and helped us reduce the amount of cash out front. Honestly, nothing is cheap in Singapore, especially private healthcare. You can genuinely feel her concern for her patients, and her recommendations are clearly based on expertise and experience.

Today, I went to Q&M Lot One for the first time ever for scaling and polishing, and I'm impressed! My attending doctor was Dr. Jeffrey. This is the first time I've experienced so little bleeding during a dental procedure, and I had no bad or unpleasant feelings during or post-visit. The only sensation was a slight 'paste-on' feel, which, for someone highly self-aware or sensitive like me, meant I could feel the foreign item (i.e., resin used in teeth filling) that I will need to adapt to. This was also my first time ever getting a tooth filling – six teeth at once – but with zero pain! Doctors in the past never addressed my gum thinning issue due to overbrushing, and Dr. Jeffrey is the first to do so. My gum loss, or more precisely, gum recession, had led to holes near the root canal zone of my teeth, which needed to be filled to avoid decay. Dr. Jeffrey is truly nice, gentle, and detailed. He's also not "forcy" and was very transparent in discussing my wisdom teeth conditions. He alerted me that my bottom wisdom teeth are actually very deep inside and near nerves, indicating a risk in the procedure and the need for a specialist's help. (In contrast, last year, Minmed Dental JP simply told me the procedure wouldn't have an issue and that I should consider doing it ASAP. Although I compared the X-rays and they looked similar, Dr. Jeffrey today was much better and more careful in precisely diagnosing the conditions using the X-ray output. He truly possesses the right attitude that a dental practitioner should have!) Dr. Jeffrey may look young, but he is definitely skillful and professional. I highly recommend paying him a visit here!
