Dr. Lim is very skillful and professional. He ensured that I was feeling at ease during the entire extraction and surgery. He kept checking in with me to see if I felt any pain. He was transparent with the pricing, informing me about the price before proceeding with the treatment.

I am super scared of going to the dentist. Every time I walked past Q & M Dental at Lot 1, I would just see it but walk away. But finally, I decided that I really must take care of my oral health.
So, I booked an appointment with Dr. Emma Wang at Q & M Lot 1, and I must say, it was the best decision ever! Dr. Emma was so reassuring and gentle during the teeth cleaning. She really put me at ease and made the whole experience so comfortable.
The clinic is clean, and the staff (I think her name is Jen) are friendly too. If you have dental phobia like me, I strongly recommend Dr. Emma.
Now, I'm not so scared to go back for my regular check-ups! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Dr. Jeffrey Lim performed my yearly teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing, and also did a tooth filling. He was very professional and meticulous. He ensures I feel comfortable throughout the process and explains procedures in great detail. The injection felt painless to my surprise; he is very skillful at what he does. The team is also awesome for administrative matters, and an attentive nurse assists the doctor. Highly recommended and always my first choice for dental matters and semi-annual cleaning.

Alight from the red MRT line at Choa Chu Kang and head into Lot 1 Shopping Mall. Head down to Basement 1; they are located between Scarlett Supermart and Unity Pharmacy.
Q&M Dental has been around in Singapore for quite some time, and I have only just visited them. They are definitely one of the reputable brands that offer affordable dental services. Making an appointment was simple and straightforward; just drop them a phone call to check their availability. One day before your appointment, they will call or text to remind you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Dr. Hee was my dentist, and he made it a pleasant experience. He did a great job cleaning my teeth and advised me on what I was doing wrong. He patiently explained the situation of my teeth and gums, and what I should do to maintain a healthy set of teeth. Kudos to the professionalism and friendliness Dr. Hee portrays. Many thanks, and I will be regularly returning to this dentist, provided Dr. Hee is my dentist.

I called the Lot One outlet on July 22, 2025, at 5 PM. The person I spoke to told me her name was Jen. Of course, for someone very new to dental services, one would call to inquire before deciding whether to proceed with an appointment. I asked her if there's a subsidy for the elderly. She rudely told me to make an appointment first. Okay, I decided to make an appointment. Only then did she tell me that a Merdeka card would qualify. So, is this how Q&M operates? No appointment booking, no answers to any inquiries? She then asked me what time I wanted, and said the entire next day was available. When I said afternoon, she told me 10 AM. I was like, "Hah?" You asked me when I wanted, and when I chose afternoon, she told me 10 AM. Mind you, she was still talking rudely throughout our conversation. When I got frustrated by her rude service, she asked why I needed to be angry. First of all, if she's being nice, do you think a caller will react angrily to you? NO. I told her if she can't attend to me, to pass the phone to someone else who can arrange my appointment. She told me there was no one. No doctors and no one in charge. So it's up to me if I wanted to continue booking my appointment. Wow... for a well-known Q&M, you have such a "good service" rude staff as a frontliner, Jen. I decided to cancel my appointment if all I received was this kind of rude, cold attitude even before I started to engage your service.

Dr Jeffrey Lim and his nurses really put me at ease for my two very large fillings. He told me that he had injected local anaesthetic, but I didn’t even feel anything!!! Coming here to Q&M is the best decision I have ever made for my dental care! LOVE YOU GUYS!!

Booked a last-minute appointment to get my wisdom tooth removed the day before. As someone who's paranoid with a low pain tolerance, I am beyond grateful to Dr Kevin Yong for being so patient and checking how I was feeling throughout the procedure. Thank you for making it so quick and painless! The staff there were very kind and understanding too :)

Dr Jeffrey performed my wisdom tooth surgery, and the procedure was meticulous and quick. What stood out was his gentle and kind communication style. He is also very patient, and overall, his professionalism impressed me, as empathetic healthcare professionals are few and far between in Singapore (unless one pays a premium for expensive clinics). I shared with him that I had a low pain tolerance, and he listened to my concerns and came ready with solutions for pain management. Both he and the nurse made sure that I was comfortable during the surgery as best they could. He also suggested that I listen to my own music during the surgery, which distracted me from the pain and was a nice touch. I didn't suffer any complications from the surgery. I was also prescribed medication that allowed for fuss-free healing. The administrative staff here was also professional and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic, and my experience exceeded all of my expectations.

Dr. Emma is really good! I was honestly shocked by how she cared for my father. She informed us about the increased CHAS claim for October 2025, and that we could wait until then to do the root canal. This was very thoughtful, and helped us reduce the amount of cash out front. Honestly, nothing is cheap in Singapore, especially private healthcare. You can genuinely feel her concern for her patients, and her recommendations are clearly based on expertise and experience.

Today I went to Q&M Lot One for the first time ever for scaling and polishing, and I'm impressed! My attending Dr. was Dr. Jeffrey! This is the first time I've experienced minimal bleeding during dental procedures, and I had no bad or unpleasant feeling during or post-visit. The only exception was a very slight paste-like sensation for someone highly self-aware or sensitive like me – I can feel the foreign item, i.e., resin used in teeth filling, that I will need to adapt to. It was also my first time ever getting tooth fillings in my life – approximately six teeth at one go – but with zero pain! Doctors in the past never addressed my gum thinning issue due to overbrushing, and this is the first time it's ever been addressed! Because of my gum loss (or, to be precise, gum recession), it led to holes near the root surfaces of my teeth, which needed to be filled to avoid decay.
This Dr. is really nice, gentle, and detailed. He's also not "forceful" and was very transparent in telling me about my wisdom teeth conditions as well. He alerted me that my bottom wisdom teeth are actually very deep inside and near nerves, so there is a risk in the procedure and it will require a specialist for help. (In contrast, last year, Minmed Dental JP simply told me that the procedure wouldn't have issues and that I should consider doing it ASAP. I compared the X-rays, and they looked the same. Therefore, Dr. Jeffrey today is much better and more careful in diagnosing the conditions precisely using the X-ray output. He has the right attitude that a dentistry practitioner should have!)
Dr. Jeffrey may look young, but he is definitely skillful and professional. I highly recommend paying him a visit here!
