Booked a last minute appointment to get my wisdom tooth removed the day before. As someone who's paranoid with a low pain tolerance, I am beyond grateful to Dr Kevin Yong for being so patient and checking how I was feeling throughout the procedure. Thank you for making it so quick and painless! The staff there were very kind and understanding too :)

Dr Jeffrey conducted wisdom tooth surgery for me, and the surgery was performed in a meticulous and quick manner. One thing that stood out to me was his gentle and kind communication style. He is also very patient and overall, his professionalism impressed me as empathetic healthcare professionals are few and far between in Singapore (unless you pay a premium for very expensive clinics). I shared with him that I had a low pain tolerance and he listened to my concerns and came ready with solutions for pain management. Both him and the nurse made sure that I was comfortable during the surgery as best as they could. He also suggested that I could listen to my own music during the surgery which distracted me from the pain which was a nice touch to the experience. I didn't suffer any complications from the surgery. I was also prescribed with medication that allowed for fuss-free healing. The administrative staff here was also professional and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and my experience exceeded all of my expectations.

Today I went to Q&M Lot One for the first time ever for scaling and polishing, I'm impressed!! My attending dr was Dr Jeffrey! First time rarely bleed during dental procedures and no bad or unpleasant feeling during or post-visit, except a very little paste-on feel for someone who is highly self-aware or sensitive like me -- I can feel the foreign item, ie: resin used in teeth filling that I will need to adapt with. First time ever get tooth filliing in life, like 6 teeth at one go, but zero pain! Dr in the past never address my gum thinning issue due to overbrushing, and this is the first one ever! And because of my gum loss or to be precise, gum recession, it led to hole near the root canal zone of my teeth, so gotta fill up to avoid decay...
This dr is really nice, gentle and detail, also, not "forcy", and very transparent in telling me about my wisdom teeth conditions too, and alerted me that my bottom wisdom teeth are actually very deep inside and near to nerves, so there is risk in procedure and will need specialist for help.
(For this, last year Minmed Dental JP just told me that the procedure won't have issue, and I shall consider to do asap .. I compared the x-ray, looked the same.. so Dr Jeffrey today is much better and careful in diagnosing the conditions precisely using the x-ray output. He has the right attitudes which a dentistry practitioner should have!).
Dr may looks young, but he is definitely skillful and professional. Highly recommending to pay a visit with him here!

Dr. Emma is really good! I was honestly shocked by how she cared for my father. she infomed us about Oct 2025 Chas claim increased, can wait till then do root canal, very thoughtful, helped us reduce amount of cash out front. Honestly, nothing is cheap in Singapore, especially private healthcare.
You can genuinely feel her concern for her patients, and her recommendations are clearly based on expertise and experience.

Had a great dental visit with Dr Jeffrey Lim! 😀👍 Dr Jeffrey Lim was gentle and took time to explain my dental condition to me in great detail. The cleaning itself was painless, fast but thorough. I used to dread going to the dentist, but Dr Jeffrey really made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire visit due to his friendly demeanour. I recommend everyone visit Dr Jeffrey Lim for their dental needs. Dr Jeffrey is very professional, handsome, and his music choices were fantastic too. He is the most awesome dentist I have seen in my life.

Today, I had an exceptional experience getting my teeth cleaned at Q&M Dental Surgery at Lot1 Shoppers' Mall. I am immensely grateful to Dr. Jeffery Lim and his team for their outstanding care. Dr. Jeffery demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism and kindness. Prior to beginning the procedure, he inquired about my dental history and addressed any concerns I had. He explained each step of the process and ensured I understood how to respond during the treatment. Throughout the procedure, I could sense his attentiveness and gentle touch, which made me feel well taken care of. After the thorough cleaning and polishing, Dr. Jeffery also conducted a comprehensive examination of my dental health and promptly fixed a small cavity he discovered. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. 彩珍 for providing me with a new mask to replace the one I had used. I made an appointment online and was quickly scheduled for a visit at my preferred time. Dr. Emma explained every step very clearly during the whole session, including cleaning, polishing, and flossing. She also explained the process of Invisalign when I expressed interest in it, but wasn't pushy when I said I didn't want to commit to the process. Very demure, very gentle!
Also, when Dr. Emma suggested an X-ray, I told her my financial concerns, and she kindly suggested a mini X-ray instead of a full one, just to do a thorough check on the tooth with some breakage. I felt that it was considerate of her to suggest that because I had never heard any other dentist do so before.
The clinic itself was clean and comfortable, with interesting new technology.
In total, I paid $204.90. I've added the receipt in the photos.

Visited Q&M Dental at Lot 1 recently. I was very grateful that they were willing to slot me in without an appointment. I was having a bad toothache the whole morning and decided to visit the nearest dental clinic. I told the staff that I don't think I can endure the pain for another day. She was understanding and proceeded to check with the doctor, as they were fully booked that day. I'm so thankful for that.
I was then attended by Dr. Kevin. During the consultation, he explained to me in detail the procedure and the cost. He was very patient and gentle. My molar tooth was extracted smoothly, and everything was done in less than 30 minutes!
I would like to extend my thanks to Dr. Kevin Yong and the staff and assistants for their professionalism and expertise.
