I recommend Tracy Yeoh at Lot 1 for anyone looking for a facial therapist. She's attentive and genuinely listens to all my skin concerns before recommending treatments. It's clear she takes the time to understand my individual needs, which makes a huge difference. After each session, I can see the difference in my skin, which is exactly what I'm looking for. Her professionalism and personalized approach make every visit a positive experience.

I visited Shakura for the trial facial session. While the treatment itself was decent – my skin felt refreshed, and the therapist had good hands – I found the overall experience quite uncomfortable due to the persistent hard-selling of their packages. Even after expressing that I wanted to try the service first and not commit to anything long-term, I was repeatedly pressured to sign up for a package (both before and after the facial). This took away from the relaxation I was hoping for. I understand that businesses need to promote their services, but there’s a fine line between informing and pressuring. I hope the management can work on creating a more comfortable environment where customers don’t feel obligated or guilt-tripped into making purchases. A more customer-focused approach would go a long way in encouraging repeat visits. Great potential; just ease up on the sales talk, and you'll have people coming back on their own.
