Having been with Shakura for more than 5 years, I must say I am increasingly disappointed. Not only do they consistently hard sell you to renew your package, but the services also deteriorate, especially if you provide less-than-positive feedback on their app after a treatment. I used to have a fixed senior therapist since I was a regular, but over time, they just swap the therapists out for newer ones without informing me, leading to me always getting different therapists. The more I went, the more lacklustre the service became, especially the shoulder massage (which was barely even a massage) and the extraction; most of it just seemed rushed. Once they get you to sign after hard selling, they don’t really care about you anymore.

I will not ever go back again! I went to try their trial session last time and ended up signing a huge package of about 50 sessions, due to their hard selling tactics! I finally managed to finish the package!
They will serve you very well during the trial. After they hard-sell you and you've signed up with them, they will not care about you anymore.
I do not like their overall services. The front desk staff were not able to tell me how many sessions were left for my package; only a consultant would know. I still needed a consultant to get back to me. Does this mean you want to hard-sell me into signing another package? I won’t sign up again after the first foolish decision.
In terms of the facial sessions, they are super lousy. The shoulder massage is just 5 minutes, and they just go through the motions. Extractions are also done in a rush and are not clean at all. I still have to extract myself after the facial. They schedule their customers very closely, resulting in low attention, as they attend to other customers.
They will cancel your appointment when a beautician has something else on. They will not have a backup beautician to serve you on your appointment day, even when you've already pushed away other appointments to go for your facial. The most important thing is, I never saw any improvement in my face after so many sessions with them.

Generally very happy with the service provided by my beautician, Yvonne. I feel my face is cleansed thoroughly and refreshed after every session. It would be great if the room was bigger and more comfy.

PLEASE AVOID THIS OUTLET. Went for a trial facial session and ended up being hard sold. The consultant, Joy, tried to hard sell me even before I began my trial session. After I declined, she tried to hard sell me again. She even shut me in the consultation room and refused to let me leave, even though I had already told her I had another appointment afterwards. I waited 40 minutes in the room, and in the end, it was another consultant who came to let me out. I was late for my appointment as a result.
