Generally very happy with the service provided by my beautician, Yvonne. I feel my face is thoroughly cleansed and I feel refreshed after every session. It would be great if the room was bigger and more comfy.

PLEASE AVOID THIS OUTLET. Went for a trial facial session and ended up being hard sold. The consultant, Joy, tried to hard sell me even before I began my trial session. After I declined, she tried to hard sell me again. She even shut me in the consultation room and refused to let me leave despite the fact that I already told her I had another appointment afterwards. I waited 40 minutes in the room, and in the end, it was another consultant who came to let me leave. I was late for my appointment as a result.

I visited Shakura for a trial facial session. While the treatment itself was decent – my skin felt refreshed and the therapist had good hands – I found the overall experience quite uncomfortable due to the persistent hard-selling of their packages.
Even after expressing my desire to try the service first and not commit to anything long-term, I was repeatedly pressured to sign up for a package, both before and after the facial. This significantly detracted from the relaxation I was hoping for. I understand that businesses need to promote their services, but there’s a fine line between informing and pressuring.
I hope the management can work on creating a more comfortable environment where customers don’t feel obligated or guilt-tripped into making purchases. A more customer-focused approach would go a long way in encouraging repeat visits.
There's great potential here; just ease up on the sales talk, and you’ll have people coming back on their own.
