Amazing experience. I made a last-minute booking, and they managed to accommodate. I like my massage strong and firm, and the tall/big male masseur definitely delivered the right amount of strength to soothe my tensed shoulders and back. Clean environment, and I love the smell of massage oil lingering in the room. Competitive price too!

Masseuses are skillful and friendly. They are straightforward, with no hardsell. The price is reasonable too. I have been regularly visiting them for the past few years.

I chanced upon this shop when I was shopping for electronic goods on Level 3. Excellent place for a relaxing massage at Lot 1 shopping mall. Very good masseur (Flora) and prices are reasonable.

The front counter lady has an attitude problem and treats potential customers without respect. She said they had many customers waiting and lamented that I went to the toilet for 10 minutes, which I had informed her about beforehand. The massage therapists are good, but because of her, I had to walk away.

The best in the west! Friendly staff and, most importantly, capable and reliable therapists. DAVID, ALEX, IRENE, GUO, and JANE, look for them if you want to relax and relieve your body pain. Worth the money!

Definitely a nice place to drop by whenever I need self-care. Very convenient and a nice massage experience. I love Fiona's strength when massaging my whole body and legs; she knows where the painful joints are and helps to ease them. Another lady, whose name I forgot, also provided a nice massage experience. I will definitely come back every month. 😁

The therapist had a fever, and his nose was running throughout the session. No face mask worn! I had to tell him to go softer 7-8 times despite my discomfort. Then, at one point, he massaged my legs with one hand while on his phone with the other. I could hear clicks on the keyboard. Very poor service. Previous visits were good, but this occasion has let the business down.
