I've been coming here since I was young, partly because I live nearby. The staff are very pleasant and professional. I was served by Mr. Kevin for the on-chair massage. He is very knowledgeable. He makes sure the right pressure is used for each point and explains where and why you hurt. Sometimes he also shares information about health and wellness. He never rushes through and patiently takes time for each point. The same goes for Ms. Anna, who did my full body massage but has since moved to the Junction 8 branch. She was polite and professional, and her technique was on point with good pressure. If you have a preferred masseur, do note down their name and check with the front desk to see if they are available or to help you find out where they might have transferred to. Enjoy!

I like how they ask customers to wash their feet upon entry. Irene gave me a 1-hour body massage, and she was very skillful. She relieved my body aches with the right amount of pressure.

Maggie: Her nails were too long, and the massage was painful. Her technique needs to be checked and compared to other staff. Please perform a quality check on your staff's technique to ensure consistent service quality and performance. She didn't even ask if the pressure was okay. I am very disappointed. I still paid full price out of pity, though.

Called the hotline to book an appointment. The staff manning the phone was impatient and didn't answer my queries properly. It was obviously my first time booking here, and I wasn't fully aware of the services provided. Her responses were sarcastic when I asked questions. She then ended the call by saying she had another customer to attend to. Kindly brush up on your customer service. Update: Called back, and my experience was far better than before. She must have recognized my disappointment. It costs nothing to be kind to your potential customers.

Good, try the foot massage tonight, since my left leg is injured and I was massaged by Guo. Maybe, you should try to keep yourself healthy. Feet are also important to you, since we need them to walk our daily journey! I think Spaze massage is more economical than others, since I have also visited other massage centers.
