Thank you Priya for addressing my eye issues. Previously went to another optician to make a new pair of specs but ended with very uncomfortable and tired eyes. Told Priya all the issues i had and she very accurately diagnosed my issue. Priya took time to carefully check my power so that I am not given an overdose. She also changed my contact lense power and advised me on how i should take care of my eyes. She even made the effort to call me back to check if I am comfortable with the new power for my contact lense. I am very happy with her service. The trust that Priya and spectacle hut has given me resulted in me making a new pair with spectacle hut although she strongly advised me to go back to the previous optician to change the pair that i had earlier made. I would like to commend his exceptional service throughout the entire process - from doing an eye test for me (and also patiently answering my questions), to ordering the spectacles and lastly the spectacles collection. He also kindly did an additional eye check for me after I got my new pair of spectacles when I mentioned that the vision in my master eye seemed different from my old pair of spectacles, confirming that the lens in the spectacles were correctly prescribed, and also helped to allay my concerns.
