Two super friendly workers who always helped me. I'd like to thank them both: one was a dark-skinned guy and the other a fair-skinned lady (if I'm not wrong, her name was Ann). Those two can simply make my day just by serving my Subway meal. I would like to dedicate this review for their hard work to serve me a good meal and meet all my needs to the fullest. It's hard to come by nice workers. Rare to find these two gems.

I don't want to rate their service at all. If you wish to close an hour early, then don't work at all. Simply lazy staff.

My worst experience ever ordering food at Lot 1 Subway. The Malay auntie was so damn rude and impatient. Her attitude was apparent from the breakfast menu ordering, selection, and vegetable choices. I repeatedly reminded her that our breakfast set included eggs, and they confirmed the egg would be placed inside the bread. However, when we opened our breakfast sandwich, we noticed the eggs were missing. Their reply was simply that they were busy and had missed the eggs, despite the fact that I had reminded them twice. No apology was given. They were very rude and simply found excuses. Lousy service. If you have a problem or are unwilling to work, please just stay at home. This ruined my family's mood!

Here's the lightly edited review: Staff talk more than they serve customers. They gave only half a portion of eggs for our breakfast egg, ham, and cheese flatbread. Just last week, I gave them feedback that they were cheating customers by giving only half the egg portion. Today, they did it again! They quickly rectified the issue and topped up my breakfast with the remaining half portion of egg. It seems this is a usual practice, and I wonder how many customers they have cheated! After I was seated for my breakfast, the crew turned on and blasted the music very loudly, and they continued talking and laughing at the service counter. Bad service and loud music made the ambiance so noisy and not cozy!

Honestly, I had nothing to complain about the service or atmosphere. But the sandwich wrapping was horrible. My avocado and tuna fillings leaked out and all over the bag.

Avocado Caesar Chicken Energy Bowl $10.50 The Subway bowl doesn't seem very low in calories. It has a lot of sauce, which cannot be customized (it's a default). The taste is sweet.

Great sandwiches. But drinks, such as the Dasani flavoured cherry water, taste so awful. Didn't drink it and threw it away. Wasted my money upgrading to a set. Won't get a set next time.

Really bad place to eat. I ordered a normal Veggie Delight without tomato, but I got the tomato! I don't like tomatoes. I understand the hassle, but I specifically stated that I didn't want tomatoes. The cookies were hard and not at all round. I really disliked that they were rock hard. I love the softness of a Subway cookie, and that was missing.

I came here for breakfast. I ordered an Italian bread with bacon. The younger staff member asked if I would like a cookie or a hash brown, and I chose the hash brown. She then asked if I wanted coffee or tea. I told her I would like tea. She then asked if I wanted a latte. I told her tea was fine, as I don't drink coffee or milk. Then the older staff member who was making my sub told me that a latte would cost extra. When I was paying, I realized they had charged for the hash brown and tea. It's been a while since I tried their breakfast, and I thought it was $6+. But with the added hash brown and tea, I had to pay $8.90. The staff should have told me that the hash brown and tea were not included in the $6+ deal. And the way they asked, as if it were included, was very misleading. The advertisement on the board was not clear either. The bread was heated, and the portion of veggies was good. Breakfast bacon only came with one strip of bacon. Overall, the food was fresh and good. But Subway needs to train their staff better and modify their advertisements so they are not misleading.

Here's the lightly edited review: Food is average as expected, but no complaints there. Atmosphere was normal but **could** do better with better air-conditioning or ventilation. Now, the service is where it gets interesting because I've seen great reviews here about the service, so it's either the exceptional staff wasn't working today or the reviews are "bought." The experience I encountered was interesting, as the first server **at the counter** got my order wrong, but I accepted it and moved on. The second server was doing her job, serving the vegetables and sauce, although she **could** be slightly more generous with her use of salt and pepper. The tins weren't even tilted 45 degrees, and she was done. I'm not sure if any salt and pepper got into the sandwich. Perhaps an ambassador for healthier choices? In any case, no biggie. The final server, who **was** the cashier, was the most interesting. He was mumbling, and when I paused to try and figure out what he was trying to say, he repeated **it** with clear annoyance on his face (even though he was wearing a face mask) and spoke louder with a strong Filipino accent. (Not trying to be xenophobic here; I have great Filipino friends and I do understand the accent. The cashier was simply mumbling and spoke too **softly**.) When I asked about the meal, he annoyingly said how many cookies and which one **I** wanted. Nothing too crazy there, just the tension was **palpable** through his aura. The bespectacled man with two ear studs... so much tension was created that I could remember the details so vividly. He asked if I was dining in or to-go, so I replied takeaway. After packing the food, he placed it all in the tray without any carrier, so I asked, "My order is for takeaway, right?" He paused and thought back, seemingly noting the mistake but still sulking, **he** packed my order into the carrier, together with an empty cup. An empty cup without any carrier. So, I had to ask again, "**May I know where the carrier is?**" **His response** was curt: "Go down the line and you'll see it." So much for the warm service rendered. After making my payment, I checked the cup and **realised** it was dented, so I asked if I could get another cup. And guess what? He snatched the cup from me and threw it **away**, then took a new cup and threw it in front of me. Shocked, I remarked, "**Wow, so angry!?**" And the customer after me also remarked, "**Wah, so much attitude! If he does this to me later, he's sure to get it from me.**" "**Maybe he had a bad day?**" Hearing us, the cashier probably felt shame. He looked at us and gave us a thumbs up. Erm... what did that mean? So, all in all, an interesting experience—slightly infuriating—but I was glad that a fellow customer also recognised that the service the cashier rendered had much room for improvement.
