Ordered via Foodpanda, and my order was wrong. I asked for an extra ingredient, but it was not given at all. The veggies I asked for were not given, but instead, I got tomatoes which I did not ask for. Bread was so dry. It was an unpleasant experience.

The Subway sandwich I got tasted great, but I ordered the meal and was given only one cookie instead of two. Not sure why there would be such an error, as the standard meal comes with two cookies.

I ordered using Foodpanda, and the whole order was wrong. It was supposed to be one honey oat bread and one multigrain bread, but we received two multigrain ones. Even worse, we only received two cookies when we were supposed to have two per meal. And one of the drinks that I topped up money for was not even given.

This Alif guy apparently had a problem serving food to his customers. He had an attitude the whole time while I was choosing my Subway mix. I don't know if he has a personal issue with me or what, but bro did not have to throw the food on my bread like it was germs 😭. And the avocado was scooped into the container as if I was fighting with him. Don't work if you're going to have an attitude problem towards customers.

Two super friendly workers who always helped me. I'd like to thank them both: one was a dark-skinned guy and the other was a fair-skinned lady (if I'm not mistaken, her name was Ann). Those two can simply make my day just by serving my Subway meal. I would like to dedicate this review to their hard work in serving me a good meal and meeting all my needs. It's hard to come by nice workers. It's rare to find these two gems :) 28/05/2024

My worst experience ever ordering food at Lot 1 Subway. The Malay auntie had such a damn attitude and was so impatient, evident throughout the ordering process, from the breakfast menu selection to the vegetable choices. I repeatedly reminded her that our breakfast set had eggs, and they confirmed the egg would be placed inside the bread. When we opened our breakfast sandwich, we noticed missing eggs. Their reply was just that they were busy and missed the eggs, despite the fact that I had reminded them twice. No apology was given. They were very rude and simply found excuses. Lousy service. If you have a problem or are unwilling to work, please just stay at home. It ruined the mood for me and my family! Rating: 2/5

Here's the edited review: The staff talked more than they served customers. They gave us half a portion of eggs for our breakfast egg, ham, and cheese flatbread. I gave them feedback just last week that they were cheating customers by giving only half the egg portion. Today, they did it again! They quickly rectified the issue and topped up my breakfast with the remaining half portion of egg. It seems this is a usual practice, and I wonder how many customers they have cheated! After I was seated to eat my breakfast, the crew turned on and blasted the music very loudly, and they continued talking and laughing at the service counter. Bad service and loud music made the ambience so noisy and not cosy!

Honestly, I had nothing to complain about the service or atmosphere. But the sandwich wrapping was horrible. My avocado and tuna fillings leaked out and all over the bag.
