Avocado Caesar Chicken Energy Bowl $10.50 The Subway bowl doesn't seem very low in calories; it has a lot of sauce, and you cannot choose (the default). The taste is sweet.

Great sandwiches. But the drinks, like the Dasani cherry-flavored water, taste so awful. Didn't drink and threw it away. It was a waste of my money to top up to a set. Won't get a set next time.

A really bad place to eat. I ordered a Veggie Delight without tomato, but it came with tomatoes! I don't like tomatoes. I understand the hassle, but I specifically stated that I didn't want tomatoes. The cookies were hard and not at all round. I really disliked that they were rock hard. The softness I love in a Subway cookie was completely missing.

Came here for breakfast. Ordered an Italian bread with bacon. The younger staff asked if I would like to have a cookie or hash brown, and I chose the hash brown. She then asked if I wanted a coffee or tea. I told her I would like tea. She then asked if I wanted a latte. I told her tea is good, as I don't take coffee or milk. Then the older staff member who was making my sub told me that a latte would cost extra. When I was paying, I just realised that they charged for the hash brown and tea. It's been a while since I tried their breakfast, and I thought it was $6+. But with the added hash brown and tea, I had to pay $8.9. The staff should have told me that the hash brown and tea were not included in the $6+ deal. And the way they asked, as if it's included, is very misleading. The advertisement on the board is also not clear. The bread is heated, and the portion of veggies is good. Breakfast bacon only came with one streak of bacon. Overall, the food is fresh and good. But Subway has to train their staff better and modify the advertisements to not be misleading.

Here's the lightly edited review: "Food is average as expected, but no complaints there. Atmosphere was normal, but could do better with improved air conditioning or ventilation. Now, the service is where it gets interesting. I've seen great reviews here about the service, so it's either the exceptional staff wasn't working today, or the reviews are 'bought.' The experience I encountered was, so to speak, interesting, as the first server in line got my order wrong, but I accepted it and moved on. The second server was doing her job, serving the vegetables and sauce, although she could have been slightly more generous with her use of salt and pepper. The tins weren't even tilted 45 degrees before she was done, and I'm not sure if any salt and pepper actually got into the sandwich. Perhaps she was an ambassador for healthier choices? In any case, no big deal. The final server, who was also the cashier, was the most interesting. He was mumbling, and when I paused to try and figure out what he was trying to say, he repeated himself with clear annoyance on his face (even though he was wearing a face mask) and spoke louder with a strong Filipino accent. (I'm not trying to be xenophobic here; I have great Filipino friends and I do understand the accent. The cashier was simply mumbling and spoke too softly.) When I asked about the meal, he annoyingly asked how many cookies and which one I wanted. Nothing too crazy there, just that the tension was palpable through his aura. The bespectacled man with two ear studs... so much tension was created that I could remember the details so vividly. He asked if I was dining in or taking it to-go, so I replied, 'Takeaway.' After packing the food, he placed everything in the tray without any carrier. So I asked, 'My order is for takeaway, right?' He paused and thought, seemingly noting the mistake, but still sulking, he packed my order into the carrier, along with an empty cup. An empty cup, without any carrier. So, I had to ask again, 'May I know where the carrier is?' He spoke curtly, 'Go down the line and you'll see it.' Well, so much for the warm service rendered. After making my payment, I checked the cup and realised it was dented, so I asked if I could get another. And guess what? He snatched the cup from me, threw it over his head, then took a new cup and threw it in front of me. Shocked, I remarked, 'Wow, so angry!?' The customer after me also remarked, 'Wow, such an attitude! If he does this to me later, he'll surely get it from me.' 'Maybe he had a bad day?' Hearing us, the cashier probably felt some shame. He looked at us and gave us a thumbs up. Erm... what did that mean? So, all in all, it was an interesting experience—slightly infuriating, but I was glad that a fellow customer also recognised that the service the cashier rendered had much room for improvement."
