Sushi chain with Japanese vibes! A good range of sushi is available, and I loved their leaner tuna nigiri. Other hot side dishes were also great! Service was top-notch and quick. At $77 for 3 people, the price is slightly higher than other sushi chains, but it's worth it. :)

Worst Sushiro restaurant in Singapore. Super slow queue just to pay for the food. 4 people in front of me, 5 people behind me, all trying to pay. The 'thick salmon' sushi slice was super thin. It was just long, and long and thin is different from thick. I tasted sand on the surf clam. The hamo fish slices were also super frozen. What a disappointment. By the way, it was super crowded, but the staff could not handle it well.

I came to Sushiro for dinner, excited to satisfy my sashimi cravings. However, I was quite disappointed with the portions. Despite ordering the thick-cut sashimi sushi, the slices were surprisingly thin (as you can see from the photos). The portions were shockingly reduced compared to my previous visits. We ended up paying over $100, but our bellies were far from satisfied. For the price, I expected better quality and value. It used to be much better; this visit was underwhelming.

A staff member named Yan Hua was extremely welcoming and courteous while serving us. I really enjoyed the dining experience because of her. She really made our day! 😇

It used to be 5 stars for food and service, but recently, service standards have dropped. The staff can't be bothered and brushed us away despite multiple requests. The Big Red Shrimp is our favourite here. We have dined here more than 50 times.

Sushiro offers an interesting variety of food options that stand out among similar chains. The sushi rice is particularly tasty, making it a strong contender among sushi chains. One highlight was their beef sushi, which was exceptionally good. However, it would be great if they expanded their menu to include more non-sushi items, such as standalone tempura prawns. While the service staff are friendly and attentive, the cashier's tendency to push partnered merchandise can be a bit off-putting. Despite this, the overall experience at Sushiro was pleasant.

Food is very good. They will introduce new sushi from time to time; some of them are really very nice and yummy. The environment is really great if you go during off-peak hours, like before 5 PM. It's spacious and feels a bit 'Atas'. The staff, I would say, are 'okay lah'.

Paid $36.09 for dinner for two people. The sushi was fresh, but the rice fell apart easily. Also, the meat fell off the sushi easily. The avocado sushi was tasty. The conveyor belt system was a creative idea: ordered food was delivered on the upper belt. Service was a bit slow. We ordered 2 cups of hot green tea, but they were served after a long time. Usually, there would be a queue outside the restaurant, but there was no waiting on Election Day.

I usually do not leave negative reviews for businesses, but this beef udon really disappointed me. I understand F&B businesses are challenging these days, but $6.30 for these beef scraps is beyond baffling. I asked the staff, and she genuinely felt bad but had to end the conversation with: "The portion is indeed like that." Come on, Sushiro! 20/07/25 - 14:45 Seat 21 Diner.

Food quality is not bad for this price; I was expecting it to be worse. The minced tuna was worth the value! Overall, the service staff was courteous but talked too much when explaining the payment. The chairs felt sticky; I'm not sure if they were supposed to be like this. If you are craving sushi and sashimi that are not super high quality, then yes, go for this!
