Ordered grilled chicken leg with rice; the order was ready for pickup immediately. However, the taste was subpar. The chicken did not look or taste grilled at all. It tasted like boiled chicken, and was overcooked and dried out. Please believe the 1-star reviews and stop buying from this shop. Minus 5 stars if I could.

This aunty at CWP outlet was really so rude. She told me to quickly order, and returned the change, just putting it on the table and saying 'take'. What's this, man?! So rude!

Service is horrible. The Malay lady standing at the cashier is always very rude and has a black face, as if customers owe her something. I ordered the bolognese chicken spaghetti and wanted the sauce mixed with the pasta, not separate. She gave me a black face and said, “separate already”. It was just a simple request/question. No need to be rude.

There are rarely any queues, and even if there are, they're cleared up quickly because food is served fast. Food is delicious, and they give a generous amount for a cheap price. The person was not rude as well.

Chicken skin is crispy and the meat is tender. Not only does the display of chicken look tempting, but the taste is also yummy. No matter whether it's fried chicken or BBQ, it's tasty. The Chicken Whole Leg is especially tasty. Teriyaki Meat Ball comes in 2 choices: either with pasta or rice. Chicken Bolognese Spaghetti is yummy too. However, the Chicken Tortilla was stuck to the paper wrapper, which meant I had to waste that portion of the tortilla. As for taste, the cheesy sauce was good. The service was friendly.

Your staff, Nurul, is very rude! I bought two "happiness plates" with six pieces of chicken. She only gave me five chilli sachets. So I requested extra chilli, because there were many pieces of chicken. She said I had to pay $0.20 for two chilli sachets. I told her that even KFC gives them because it makes sense. How are you going to feast with many pieces of chicken with only six chilli sachets? Think about it. When I walked away, she said aloud, "Complain Ah, Complain Ah." So I am doing it now at her request.

Ordered:
1 x BBQ half spring chicken with pasta (add pasta)
1 x 3 pcs fried chicken
1 x coleslaw
It was dinner time, so there was a wait, which was fine. I eventually received my order after 10 minutes. I grabbed it and went home. It turns out, the half spring chicken was missing... I believe the food packer got confused by the phrase "pasta only." Something needs to be done about the menu.

"I've ordered through Foodpanda multiple times, and not once have they made my order on time. Every time, I've had to wait 30-50 minutes for chicken and fries. Horrible service. On two different instances, when I went up to ask where my order was, they had not prepared it, even though I arrived 15+ minutes after the collection time. There's a reason why we order through Foodpanda/Grab, but it seems like they prioritise those who order through the counter. (Today, I waited almost an hour for chicken tortilla and fries, lol.)"

Huge wings!!! Super flavourful, meaty, and delicious. The chili is also great; I like the sour spiciness of it! Order pickup at the counter was reasonably fast. I've had this 3 times and never had any issues. No issues with the staff either.
I think it would be good if they just cut up the wings by default.
