Tenderfresh was supposed to be almost as good as the Jollibee from the Philippines, but this branch sells dry fried chicken, and the staff are always short on smiles. Chicken in Yew Tee tastes better, and the staff there are friendly.

Your staff's attitude needs further training. This isn't the first time she's displayed such an attitude. My husband made the same comment about the same plump lady. If it were during rush hour, I could understand her black face. But please check your CCTV at around 12:35 PM. When I was there, there was no queue, except for a man who placed an order before me.
Your staff was very rude and showed no sense of politeness. She didn't even say 'thank you.' It's as if everyone owes her a living face. Please check with her if she even wants to earn a living in the F&B industry. If so, she should be made aware of the importance of providing good customer service. No one spoke rudely to her, not even the man who ordered before me. What a day spoiler!

I ordered 2 pieces of fried chicken at 10:37 AM. I was told it would take 25 minutes, and I agreed. I came back at 11:06 AM and was told it would need another 10 minutes. I replied, "You said 25 minutes," and the cashier said it wasn't ready and to wait. The cashier is obviously not truthful when informing the waiting time. The service was such a disappointment.

I ordered beef spaghetti and a 2-piece wing rice set. The amount of fries that I got was totally unbelievable. The fries were to replace the coleslaw, and guess the amount of fries that I got? It was just 9!! I don't think I bought a kids meal.
The cashier was very rude, had a long face and an attitude as if I owed her one. Will never go back there again.

Ordered a grilled chicken leg with rice; it was ready for pickup immediately. However, the taste was subpar. The chicken did not look or taste grilled at all. It tasted like boiled chicken, and was overcooked and dried out. Please believe the 1-star reviews and stop buying from this shop. I'd give it -5 stars if I could.

This aunty at CWP outlet was really so rude. She told me to quickly order, and returned the change, just putting it on the table and saying, "Take." What's this, man?! So rude.

Service is horrible. The Malay lady standing at the cashier is always very rude and has a black face, as if customers owe her something. I ordered the bolognese chicken spaghetti and wanted the sauce to be put together with the pasta, not separate. She gave me a black face and said, “separate already.” It was just a simple request or question. No need to be rude.

Rarely any queues, and even if there are, they're cleared up quickly because food is served fast. Food is delicious, and they give a generous amount for a cheap price. The staff were not rude.
