Managed to reserve collection for CNY new notes with an appointment time of 2-3 PM. One hour later, there were still 10 customers queuing in front of me. Within that hour, only 3 customers were served.

Horrible experiences at this branch. I waited close to 2 hours for counter service on a previous weekday afternoon. I thought it was a one-off incident, but it seems like it's the norm. I went back again today to settle some admin matters. I was led through a few counters, with staff members often not knowing what to do. Avoid this branch.

This afternoon, I just collected this card at Lot One, and the Malay lady staff's attitude towards customers was not very good. I did not know this card needed to be stamped at every chop, and she never explained it properly. I received a ball, and the staff opened it but never explained what I got. Anyway, a very good experience at Lot One UOB. No wonder all the reviews at this outlet are so bad.

I recently visited UOB and was assisted by Xandra, the branch manager, and one of her young staff members (whose name I didn't catch). Both of them were incredibly patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process. Xandra was especially professional and attentive, making sure everything was handled smoothly. I really appreciated the warm service and support from the team — it made my experience at the bank a very pleasant one. Thank you!
