I strongly believe UOB should station mortgage specialists at each branch. None of the staff could offer any advice about my partial prepayment for my mortgage loan, and even though I had contacted a mortgage specialist a few days prior, I still had issues filling out the form. On December 11th, I made two trips to UOB just to correct the form. To top things off, a day later I received a text message stating my application for partial prepayment of my loan was rejected due to a signature irregularity. This means I have to make yet another trip to get things sorted. This is extremely poor service on UOB's part, and I am appalled by such standards. I will probably not take up any loans of any nature with them. For the past year, I have also been trying to meet or speak face-to-face with mortgage specialists, but was told they are 'backend staff' and that these 'specialists' would contact me. Yet, when I signed a housing loan with them, they were willing to meet with me. A housing loan is no small sum, and to be cast aside as a customer after the deal is done leaves a bad aftertaste.

Here's an edited version: This lady, 'Yi Ern' or someone named Ern from Lot One, called and was very rude when I told her I had no interest. She was rude from the very beginning of the call. Shame on this Malaysian caller. Did you perform any assessment on her? I'm sure the call is recorded for training purposes. Please trace and listen to the way she talks!!!!

Your main UOB feedback website is not working. Your generated, copy-and-pasted follow-up replies in the Google review comment sections try to direct people to write in and give feedback, but you don't bother to fix anything. Don't wonder why people write reviews here on Google because of your staff's incompetent services.

This UOB bank does not allow PayWave payments for collection of LKY coins. How funny is this! Is this even a bank? However, there was no queue and collection of LKY coins was fast. One saving grace is that their staff is very patient.

I managed to reserve collection for CNY new notes with an appointment time of 2-3 PM. One hour later, there were still 10 customers queuing in front of me. Within that hour, only 3 customers were served.

Horrible experiences at this branch. Previously, I waited close to 2 hours for counter service on a weekday afternoon. I thought it was a one-off incident, but it seems like it's the norm. I went back again today to settle some administrative matters. I was led through a few counters, and the staff often seemed unsure of what to do. Avoid this branch.

This afternoon, I just collected this card at Lot One, and the Malay lady staff's attitude towards customers was not very good. I did not know this card needed to be stamped at every chop, and she never explained it properly. I received a ball, and the staff opened it and never explained what I got. Anyway, a very good experience at Lot One UOB. No wonder all the reviews for this outlet are so bad.

I recently visited UOB and was assisted by Xandra, the branch manager, and one of her young staff members (whose name I didn't get). Both of them were incredibly patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process. Xandra was especially professional and attentive, making sure everything was handled smoothly. I really appreciated the warm service and support from the team — it made my experience at the bank a very pleasant one. Thank you!
