This lady 'Yi Ern' or whatever Ern from Lot One, called and was being so rude when I told her I have no interest. She was rude to begin with when she made the phone call. Shame on this Malaysian caller. Did you guys perform any assessment on her? I'm pretty sure the call is recorded for training purposes. Please trace and listen to the way she talks!!!!

Today afternoon just collect this card at lot one and the Malay lady staff attitude towards customer is not very good. I do not know this card need to stamp on every chop there and never explain properly. I have received a ball and the staff open it and never explain what thing I get. Anyway a very good experience at lot one uob. No wonder all the reviews at this outlet so bad.

I recently visited UOB and was assisted by Xandra, the branch manager, and one of her young staff members (I didn’t manage to get her name). Both of them were incredibly patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process. Xandra was especially professional and attentive, making sure everything was handled smoothly. I really appreciated the warm service and support from the team — it made my experience at the bank a very pleasant one. Thank you!

Super super super slow service despite 4 counters operating . I told the reception counter I m withdrawing a cashier order from my account and she corrected my English that it is not withdraw .... It should be buy a cashier order from the bank !!! How ridiculous is tis ???? Very impolite to disgrace a customer up front !!!!!!

Banks should just open on weekends and close on weekdays. Spent 2 hours queuing and still not getting stuff done 😂 Started queuing at 10:30 AM. The staff already mentioned there would be a 4-hour wait, but we still insisted on joining. Now 4:45 PM, finished. In summary, it was a 6-hour queue for a 30-minute job. We hate going to the bank to queue for our money 💰

Worst experience! Longest waiting hours just to replace my ATM card. It took almost 5 hours, and I also felt sorry for the older people.
