Nice and cozy library located on L4 & L5 of Lot One Mall near the Chua Chu Kang MRT station. However, the comfortable sofa seats are almost always fully occupied. 😂 …

I've used this library way back in the 2009-2015 period. I came to visit for the first time since its renovation, and I am impressed. Although it feels sad that my nostalgic memories here can't be relived anymore, the newly-renovated library is great. I'd recommend this library.

Staff was so rude. Many months ago, the librarian scolded me for using an electric outlet I wasn't supposed to, when in fact, it was a misunderstanding because their sign had fallen and wasn't stuck properly. I would like for that Indian lady who was so aggressive and rude to me to apologize, and for her to have a bad record! NLB, please give me justice. I felt humiliated, and I would give a zero-star review if I could!

Directional signs were small and few, making it difficult to orient ourselves the first time. Searching for books was like a treasure hunt. However, we couldn't find the books that were supposed to be in their rightful places. There are two entrance points into the recently renovated, spacious library; one is via the rooftop.

Beautiful and peaceful place. It's really huge and offers various types of seating for working and reading in silence. The children's library on the top floor is a gem. An entire floor is dedicated to children, offering a reading space, a small play area, and a computer area. Highly recommended, especially for parents of little ones.

Newly renovated, two-story library in Lot One shopping mall. Limited seating space for studying due to its small size.

I'm impressed. The Travel section has lots of books on the shelf.

A well-renovated library. Its very good interior design provides functional space for the community. There's a good vibe, with cosy places for readers. I really like the kid zone. It has a lot of children's books and is easily accessible by toddlers, thanks to its lower shelf heights. An added bonus is a mini playground on Level 5, just beside the children's section. There's a big reading area, and it also features programme and meeting rooms. It's very easy to spend an afternoon in this library. It's very convenient, as it's located right next to Chua Chu Kang MRT.

The library was newly renovated in 2021 and now features many indoor plants and even a hydroponics display. Navigation is a little confusing, but there's an ample selection for children and teens. Many nice seating areas too. It's a great place to bring children for a day out with books, but prepare a carrier or bag for the piles of books everyone wants to borrow! 😆👍
