took 12 mins to get 1 drink?? my order was just milk tea with no toppings?? and it took ridiculously long!! and the people who ordered the drinks later than me got it first too,,, lovely service i guess :) - would give it no stars if it's possible

There are seats available to sit on. The pearls in the milk tea were tasteless, but the texture wasn’t bad. The area was clean enough. I won’t make the extra effort to go to gong cha but I don’t mind getting it if I’m in the area. Staff are pleasant.

Was trying to redeem the 1 for 1 eaely grey milk tea with 3J voucher bought through chope. Stood there for 20 minutes just to wait for the staff to take my order, only for them to tell me that they ran out of pearls. They said they will replace it will grass jelly, fine I accepted this alternative since I didn't want to waste the 20+ minutes I spent queuing. And guess what? I had to wait another 35 MINUTES for my drinks to be ready. 35 MINUTES for 2 cups of drinks?? Stood at gongcha for almost close to AN HOUR just to order and get my drinks. I work in the F&B industry too and this is definitely NOT ACCEPTABLE. Was still happy that they opened an outlet at lot one, but what's the point if the service there is so bad? Definitely don't want to go back there again and I urge anyone who sees this NOT to go to CCK gongcha unless you have a lot of time to spare. Utterly disappointed with this standard and service. Would appreciate if the management could do something about this.

Staff are really unfriendly and don’t bother to make eye contact when communicating with customers. Absolutely no customer service at all, and it took so long to get their attention so I could collect my drink. Not the first time this has happened. Maybe the management should hire more staff so that someone can attend to customers.

Gong Cha has departed Westgate, so we are back to Lot One. This outlet should follow Causeway Point ordering style, have both a manned counter and the kiosk. Too many times I have seen would-be patrons fiddling with the kiosk before moving off because they couldn't find the drink they want. Also, that big notice pasted on the cash register is quite an eye sore to demonstrate lack of flexibility. So I empathise with the reviews here. And while we are fiddling, the staff are just waiting and looking around. But not all is bad. If you are ordering more than one drink, they will pack it for you, if not, you would do well to help yourselves to the single drink bag and straws by the side. Just don't expect too much. Ice Kacang Milk Tea, a SG60 promotional drink caught our attention and it is what it is when an ice kacang melts into liquid and we are still eating it. Sinful and nice! 🙂

Their tea is really very high quality, much higher than a lot of other bubble tea shops who claimed that their teas are on par with Gong Cha. Went there last night to attend a zoom meeting and the two staffs there, Nanie and Yanting, were really polite and professional. I sat there initially without ordering anything as I was quite full from dinner but they did not chase me away and instead reminded me courteously that I had to scan in to sit there. When I was placing my order, they were patient in explaining the promotion which I misunderstood and in waiting for me while I changed my mind on my order. Eventually, when they were preparing to close a few minutes before their closing time, I was worried that I was hindering their closing as they did not chase me away like some shops would. Instead, they were efficient in their closing routine and was kind in letting me stay there till my meeting ended. It was a really pleasant experience dining in there!

This outlet is much better than westgate. Luckily it’s the one nearest to me. The ice to drink ratio is good esp for the brown sugar series. Idk why Westgate brown sugar is always so diluted.
