The lady with glasses is very rude, didn’t bother replying my question and showed her black face the whole way while packing my food. I asked for chili packs (she gave me none) and she threw it into my bag like it was rubbish. I am a paying customer, why do I have to be disrespected?

Overpriced dumplings and paus. Was charged nearly $10 for 6 tiny char siew pau and it was not worth it.

$1.60 small Char Siew Bao. $2.20 deep fried shrimp wanton. $2.20 bean curd roll. Be warned, first time and last purchase for me, shouldn't even buy in the first place. Nam kee Bao is better or just directly buy from ntuc. Deep fried purchases were quite oily for me. Aunty claim got discounts but don't have. The change also purposely give wrongly 2 times. I feel the shop is quite unethical. Go purchase and you will know what I mean. Economy already so bad and still want to cheat customers...👎

Ridiculous price for paus now. Char siew pau is $1.60? Aunty also scam me say buy 1 get 1 free for the bean curd skin. But end up she charge me for the price of 2 for 3pcs.

Extremely bad experience with the aunty (with spectacles) there!! She was sorting the food and saw me standing there but did not bother asking me what I wanted. When she finally came to the cashier, I gave her my order but she shouted back asking me to repeat?? Will never patronise this shop ever even if the food is good

The staff's service is terrible! I bought $10 worth of dim sum and asked for chili sauce; she only gave me 2 packets. I asked the auntie to give me more chili sauce. She was unhappy and said she had already given me 2 packets, and that was a lot! Ultimately, she was very rude and threw one packet of chili sauce at me! She literally threw it! I'm paying money for food! I'm not asking for free food, okay? I told the auntie, "Please don't be so rude to me!" She just felt nothing and offered no apology at all.
