It has been established that the young(?) lady - has terrible service, with an attitude to match. The boss is no different. Will head to Fuji film for any camera or print related services.
Having visited multiple times to purchase & develop film, I understand there may be a few blank frames which is acceptable. However, my latest roll came back with only four photos—everything else was blank (36 in total). This amounts to approx $30-40 for four digital images.
They suggested that the camera might be faulty or improperly used. If so, how did some images develop fine? Rather than addressing the issue, they told me to check with other people/stores out there.
Their own words say it all: go elsewhere. Likewise, CapitaMalls can do with a better tenant.
Sure, there are no refunds. At least provide some form of resolution. After much back and forth, they gave a $2 discount but I load the film without their help. They simply don’t have the assurance of doing it right why would we risk doing it ourselves. This complete lack of accountability and dismissive attitude is appalling.

Rude and unprofessional service. Called beforehand to confirm they can do 40 x 50 cm print. The lady on the phone said they can do it at $38.40 and it will take 7 days.
I went down to the shop after the call and was told by another staff that the earliest I can receive my item is in 15 days because their outsourced printer went on vacation.
The original lady who spoke to me on the phone was very unapologetic and rude about the mistake she made about giving me false information causing me inconvenience.

It was a very good experience, went there 12/12/2023 to have some documents copied, every staff member was friendly, the price was clearly stated on the table and pricing was really reasonable Fast and efficient, what a job well done by the 3 ladies there. Highly recommend!!

Those taking passport photos DO NOT GO HERE. They are scamming you like crazyy. When u need to take ur passport size photo opposite ICA under the blocks there are excellent shops who will take it for u quickly and help u photoshop and 4 hardcopies and softcopy all for just $5-6.

Ordered A5 art cards, but they wanted to charge extra for cutting? Don't you have pre-cut A5 then?
Lousy quality as well, and they still wanted to charge separately for the card and printing.

Passport soft copy is an unreasonable price: $14 for one cropped photo. But, to be fair to this Filipino staff who is so patient and nice, I give a good rating.

Poor customer service from this young lady. My helper went to get a picture taken for a Malaysia Visa. The photo taken and cropped by the shop was rejected by the travel agent as her ears could not be seen. I went back to the shop to ask for a retake. The lady questioned if the agent had really rejected the photo, stating that other people had also submitted similar photos where the ears could not be seen. She was impatient and unfriendly. She unwillingly retook a picture, and this time the ears could be seen. I suspect the first photo was cropped too much by the lady, but she wasn't upfront about admitting her mistake. Very unprofessional! I will not be returning there ever.

Came here to make a copy of my music score book, and the lady did a terrible job. Lots of shadows and black bars on the pages! Printing quality was poor too; the black was more like dark grey! I'm so annoyed because this made the music notes unclear! Basically, the staff had no skills! Last time here.

Reasonable price and polite staff (2 ladies). I waited 30 mins for the hardcopy; however, the staff overlooked it and did not print mine. She seemed apologetic and, as promised, I got my picture in 5-10 mins! Good service.
