Ms. Pie is friendly, very helpful and extremely patient. I had too many docs to print, and she was very careful to meet my requirements. I sincerely appreciate her excellent service. Thank you, Ms. Pie. Printing cost is reasonable. Will recommend. 👍

Staff were friendly, especially the Filipino lady who advised me clearly on the laminating process because I needed to cut out small pieces of paper. I understood her intention after a second explanation. People might not understand this, but the process is to cut first, then laminate, then cut again – not laminate then cut.

Don’t waste your money here. There was this Chinese aunty that didn't understand my request. Had to stand there waiting for her to figure out the printing until her colleague took notice that she was struggling. Worse is that she blamed me for saying the wrong thing when she didn't know what to do in the first place.

KODAK EXPRESS: My experience in that shop today was terrible. I wanted to print documents from email, but the employees didn't help much. All they said was, "You can use the computer for 15 minutes, and it costs $2." I started my timer and only used it for 5 minutes because I couldn't access my email. I didn't continue browsing; I just stopped using the computer. It wasn't even 15 minutes, and I already explained this to the employees, but they ignored it and still charged me money 💰. This is absolutely disgusting behavior. I have experienced this before, and I used to work in customer service and professional management. This is not acceptable. They don't have many customers in their shop, yet they don't bother helping. Another thing is, when I tried to pay the $2 using my card, they knew there was a technical issue happening in their system for a short while, yet they blamed my card. I told them not to judge, because my card is used for debit, credit, Visa, and more; it's international. They were just misunderstanding and negative. So, this is my report and feedback. I am also making an international podcast and radio live stream globally about these employees, and this will hopefully go viral. All I need is honest workers, but I got nothing from these employees. I am positive that this post will be featured globally on podcast radio in Singapore and in international live streams. Thanks 👍

Rude and unprofessional service. Called beforehand to confirm they can do a 40 x 50 cm print. The lady on the phone said they can do it for $38.40 and it will take 7 days. I went down to the shop after the call and was told by another staff member that the earliest I could receive my item would be in 15 days because their outsourced printer had gone on vacation. The original lady who spoke to me on the phone was very unapologetic and rude about the mistake she made in giving me false information, which caused me inconvenience.

It was a very good experience. I went there on 12/12/2023 to have some documents copied. Every staff member was friendly. The price was clearly stated on the table, and it was really reasonable. The service was fast and efficient, a job well done by the three ladies there. Highly recommend!

Those taking passport photos DO NOT GO HERE. They are scamming you like crazy. When you need to take your passport-sized photo, opposite ICA, under the blocks, there are excellent shops that will take it for you quickly, help you photoshop, and provide 4 hard copies and a soft copy, all for just $5-6.

It has been established that the young lady has terrible service, with an attitude to match. The boss is no different. I will head to Fujifilm for any camera or print-related services. Having visited multiple times to purchase and develop film, I understand there may be a few blank frames, which are acceptable. However, my latest roll came back with only four photos—everything else was blank out of 36 exposures. This amounts to approximately $30-40 for four digital images. They suggested that the camera might be faulty or improperly used. If so, how did some images develop fine? Rather than addressing the issue, they told me to check with other people or stores. Their own words say it all: go elsewhere. Likewise, CapitaMalls can do with a better tenant. Sure, there are no refunds. At least provide some form of resolution. After much back and forth, they gave a $2 discount, even though I loaded the film myself. They simply don't have the assurance of doing it right, so why would we risk doing it ourselves? This complete lack of accountability and dismissive attitude is appalling.
