I ordered an A5 art card print, but they want to charge extra for cutting? Don't you have precut A5?
The quality is lousy as well, and they still want to charge separately for the card and printing.

The passport soft copy is unreasonably priced at $14 for one cropped photo. But to be fair to this Filipino staff who is so patient and nice, I give a good rating.

Poor customer service by this young lady. My helper went to get a picture taken for a Malaysia Visa. The photo that the shop took and cropped was rejected by the travel agent because her ears could not be seen. My helper went back to the shop to ask for a retake. The lady questioned whether the agent really rejected the photo and said other people also submitted similar photos where the ears could not be seen. She was impatient and unfriendly. She unwillingly retook a picture, and this time the ears could be seen. I suspect the first photo was cropped too much by the lady, but she wasn't upfront about admitting her mistake. Very unprofessional! Not going back there ever.

Came here to make a copy of my music score book, and the lady did a poor job. Lots of shadows and black bars on the pages! Printing quality was poor too; the black is more like dark grey! I'm so annoyed because this makes the music notes unclear! Basically, the staff had no skills! Last time here.

Reasonable price and polite staff (two ladies). I waited 30 minutes for the hardcopy; however, the staff overlooked it and did not print mine. She seemed apologetic, and as promised, I got my picture within 5-10 minutes! Good service.

Staff were friendly, especially the Filipino lady who advised me clearly on the laminating process because I needed to cut out small pieces of paper. I understood her intention after a second explanation. People might not understand this, but the correct process is to cut first, then laminate, then cut again, and not to laminate then cut.

Don’t waste your money here. There was this Chinese aunty who didn’t understand my request. I had to stand there waiting for her to figure out the printing until her colleague took notice that she was struggling. What's worse is that she blamed me for saying the wrong thing when she didn't know what to do in the first place.
