I was trying to get some cat essentials because I plan to adopt a kitten or cat soon, and their staff member, Lat Kai, was very friendly and knowledgeable about animal care. I managed to get most of the things I needed. He was very helpful in assisting me through the store to get what I needed. Thank you for the wonderful service and experience.

Customer service today was very bad. My daughter and I wanted to buy a Roboski, but the guy kept asking if it was our first time. I'm a member, and we already have hamsters. If you don't want to sell, never mind. Don't say it's our first time, etc. Everyone is a first-time pet buyer at some point. Lol, we were planning to purchase its new cage, bedding, and food along with it. Your loss, not mine. I won't support your shop again. Hillion Mall's service is awesome.

The staff member Lit Leong at Lot One is very helpful and honest. I left my card at the counter, and when I came back, it was thankfully returned to me. I appreciate the kind gestures and how you handle the customers. Well done and keep it up, thank you Lit Leong.

Service is very good, and most of the things I need for my hamster can be found at this outlet, compared to other outlets in the town area. Buying the VIP Card was worth it; whenever my birthday month arrives, the discount given is a lot compared to other pet shops, some of which don't even give discounts for birthday month. Last but not least, the staff are very friendly; one of them even remembered me when I first got my hamster there. He always asks how my hamster is doing.🤭

It's been 2 weeks since I brought home my new pet rabbit from PLC Lot One. He has been adapting well to his new environment. I let him roam freely around the house, and I've just started introducing fresh vegetables to him too. The vet advised me to take him for a check-up before I can get him neutered. I love him to pieces. ❤️

I may no longer be a Pet Lovers Centre member, but I still go down to buy my son's turtle food as you guys have more variety and choices, and also because of the service. But today, I guess it just wasn't the day for the staff. I understand that everywhere operates on a first-come, first-served basis, but we only wanted to buy one item. The customer in front was taking a very long time with some membership settlement, and one of the staff members told the cashier, "Hey, let's settle this customer first," referring to me. But he ignored us. Deciding not to make a big fuss, I walked away and went down to the Hillion outlet instead. The Hillion outlet always has staff with good service and courtesy; they are also friendly. All you just need to do is at least apologize to customers behind for waiting if you can't serve them first. Don't ignore them.
