I can say this is a super bad experience. I spent money, and I have to rate your service before I can get my receipt? Is this legal?

Service is very good, and most of the things I need for my hamster can be found at this outlet compared to other outlets in the town area. Buying the VIP Card was worth it, and whenever my birthday month arrives, the discount given is a lot compared to other pet shops; some don't even give discounts for birthday month. Last but not least, the staff were very, very friendly; one of the staff even remembered me when I first got my hamster there. He would always ask how my hamster is doing🤭

It's been 2 weeks since I brought home my new pet rabbit from PLC Lot One. He has been adapting well to his new environment. I let him roam freely around the house, and I've just started introducing him to fresh vegetables. The vet advised me to get him a check-up before he can be neutered. I love him to pieces. ❤️

I may not be a Pet Lovers Centre member anymore, but I still go down to buy my son's turtle food, as you guys have more variety and choices, and also because of the services. But today, I guess it just wasn't the day for the staff. I understand it's a first-come, first-served basis everywhere, but we only wanted to buy one item. The customer in front was taking a very long time with their membership settlement, and one of the staff members told the cashier, "Hey, let's settle this customer first," referring to me, but he ignored us. Deciding not to make a big fuss, I walked away and went down to the Hillion outlet instead. The Hillion outlet staff always has good service and courtesy. They are friendly. All you need to do is at least apologize to customers behind for waiting if you can't serve us first. Don't ignore.
