I went to buy a hamster, and the person who served me had no knowledge of hamsters. Before I paid, I requested her to perform a brief check on the hamster, but she ignored my request. All staff are helpful and polite! The store could use a bigger space or better space management—the aisles can be cramped. Nevertheless, it's my go-to for pet items like ear cleaners, shampoo, food, treats, and toys.

Not my first time arriving at 9:10 PM to a closed store after work, despite Google stating store hours close at 9:30 PM. Other than that, staff is always friendly and helpful.

I was trying to get some basic cat essentials because I plan to adopt a kitten or cat soon. Their staff member, Lat Kai, was very friendly and knowledgeable about animal care. I managed to get most of the things needed for my new pet. He was very helpful in assisting me through the store to get what I needed. Thank you for the wonderful service and experience.

Customer service today was very bad. My daughter and I wanted to buy a Roborovski, and the guy kept asking if it was our first time. I'm a member, and we already have hamsters. If you don't want to sell, never mind. Don't say it's our first time, etc. Everyone is also a first-time buyer when getting pets. Lol, we were planning to purchase a new cage, bedding, and food for it. Your loss, not mine. I won't support your shop again. Hillion Mall's service is awesome.

Good range. Excellent service. Staff went out of the way to assist in looking for products, checking stock, etc. A wonderful service attitude, rarely seen these days.
