Just a standard popmart outlet selling blind boxes and huge figures. Prices are above average and items range are somewhat gathered around a certain themed figure category. 4 star for an above average blindbox shopping experience.

Nice place with very wide view and extremely bright place. This place sells a lot of merchandise that might suprise you! But a very nice place to come in to buy or just to do some window shopping. I bought 2 Dimoo one to support them. The quality of the product is nice, packaging are good and also have free carry on if you want to bring along with you. Staff here are very friendly, except for the fact that they were speaking in Chinese at first to me, which I don't understand haha. But after that he explained everything back to me in English. A very nice and helpful staff! Also the check out is very fast, available for card payment and also PayNow, etc... Definitely will come back here to buy more as this place finds me a warmful feeling.

At Chua Chu Kang Lot One Pop Mart. My friend and I was trying to pick a blind box. And one of the staff just keep standing beside us and look at us. It's very uncomfortable, we are not going to steal, damage the box nor weight the blind box. We understand the rules. We also happen to see and overheard the staff pass the top up blind box to the regular and tell the regular not to tell anyone. Not sure what was done behide the scene. This will result us to avoid Lot One Pop Mart.

Neat and clean store. No one was manning the counter. Then a guy with tattoos came out. See his face can tell attitude problem one. Very unfriendly but then i thought to myself maybe he have disability because he is mute. No acknowledgement when i say thank you, not even a smile. Oh well a mute can have attitude issue too. Having said that it's very nice of pop mart to hire people with disability. But even autistic people knows to smile and courteous. Maybe train your staff on proper customer service. And i don't receive any carrier when i bought a blind box. Lucky i wear a bag and it's big enough to fit the item.

Soo Zhen at Lot 1 outlet is splendid. Love how professional she is when it comes to her customer service and product knowledge. Have been patronising the outlet and staying loyal because of her.

Went to buy some items, and staff member Calvin was very helpful. He took the time to explain their products and gave good advice. He really considered the customer's needs when helping. Thank you!

The staff at this PopMart store are incredibly friendly and patient. They kindly introduced us to the different designs and what was currently popular. Notably, Soozhen helped us out. I'm unsure about the names of the rest of the staff. Their excellent customer service truly stood out!

Crowd control has definitely improved over time. It's quite sad that many collectors are using this to shame the staff/store, knowing that it’s always while supplies last. While staff might be hot-tempered at times (like PMS), it’s nothing new if you imagine yourself getting the same questions multiple times.
