Extremely disappointed with Lot One’s Pop Mart and its Roboshop as they handled my issue very poorly. I wanted to buy the Roly Poly Kitty plushie from the vending machine (priced at $24.90) and the machine instead dispensed the figurine which was less than half the price ($11.90). As such, I was overcharged $13 and received a figurine I did not even want.
To make matters worse, the Lot One store staff refused to help me and asked me to just fill in a customer service form, stating that this was a Roboshop issue and was separate from their store. I filled in this form 5 times and even emailed customer support. However, I did not even receive a confirmation email for my inquiry nor did I receive any proper response from the company.
This incident happened on 30 Oct and I am still waiting for a response, much less a refund for a mistake Pop Mart made. It is truly upsetting and the refund should have just been done there and then at the store, simplifying the entire process. Instead, it was really frustrating and Pop Mart has been ignoring my requests for a solution.

Won’t buy in SG anymore. Thailand has more stock. Queued for three hours, only to have the Pop Mart staff say only three boxes were available. Terrible experience.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, providing good customer service. They restock the blind box once it is almost sold out.

A Chinese middle-aged female staff member, quite big-sized, is always refilling the popular series (such as Cola Labubu, Hirono, Dimoo Disney) for her friends only. It's obvious because she signals to her friends before refilling and chooses not to refill (taking a longer route or bringing items back to the storeroom) if other customers are waiting.
Hope Popmart can make the shopping experience fairer for all customers. This is coming from a customer who has bought many boxes, not just a camper.

First time here, and I will never return. The service was unacceptable. The staff are all so unfriendly. When I wanted to buy something and asked for assistance, the lady told me to see for myself. She then said, "You don't see the case meaning sold out," with a tone of looking down on people.

There was a very long queue today. But I finally managed to get the Labubu for my children. All my children were very happy. Thankful to the gold-haired staff member for explaining what the queue was about.

I went to Lot One Popmart two times. Both times, the cashier didn't want to scan my membership points. The first time, she said that it was the same as tapping my credit card. The second time, the cashier was a man with a tattoo on his arm. He didn't even scan my points and was also very unfriendly. What kind of working attitude is this?

A nice, extremely bright place with a very wide view. This place sells a lot of merchandise that might surprise you! It's a very nice place to come in and shop, or just to do some window shopping. I bought 2 Dimoo items, partly to support them. The quality of the product is nice, the packaging is good, and they also offer free carry bags if you want to take them with you. The staff here are very friendly, except for the fact that they were speaking in Chinese to me at first, which I don't understand haha. However, after that, he explained everything to me in English. He was a very nice and helpful staff member! Also, the checkout is very fast, and card payment, PayNow, etc. are available. I will definitely come back here to buy more, as this place gives me a warm feeling.

Neat and clean store. No one was manning the counter. Then a guy with tattoos came out. You could tell from his face he had an attitude problem. Very unfriendly, but then I thought to myself, maybe he had a disability because he was mute. No acknowledgment when I said thank you, not even a smile. Oh well, a mute can have an attitude issue too.
Having said that, it is very nice of Pop Mart to hire people with disabilities. But even autistic people know to smile and be courteous. Maybe train your staff on proper customer service. And I didn't receive a carrier bag when I bought a blind box. Luckily, I was wearing a bag, and it was big enough to fit the item.

Just a standard Pop Mart outlet selling blind boxes and huge figures. Prices are above average, and the item range is somewhat focused on a certain themed figure category. 4 stars for an above-average blind box shopping experience.
